Lovely pan - Stellar Quality as usual. And a great price too. This is great for cooking a large batch of spuds for a big dinner and the straing lid works well. Very pleased.

This is one of our two big pans (other than massive pasta pots, or cast iron le crueset) and it is the one we reach for.We have an equivalent le crueset which has the advantage of a helper handle opposite the main handle and is a good weighty pan. However this Stella pan has three advantages 1) while still substantial it is lighter so my wife can lift it, 2) it has a glass rather than metal lid, so you can see what is going on and 3) it has drain holes and pouring spouts so you don’t need a colander when draining veg or pasta.Winner.I would buy again, but it is built to last and has a lifetime guarantee (which Stalla honour, they replaced two of our non-stick pans).Was fine on our old gas burners, but works well on our induction hob.

Well worth the money

Great pot for anyone feeding large numbers or if your doing some batch cooking, the weight is heavy but as with any quality pot the bigger it is the heavier it becomes.

I bought this because my old big saucepan had warped and I couldn't use it any more. I was a bit worried because this one does not have a copper bottom and I didn't know whether it would be so effective. However, it is very solid (without being too heavy) and well made, and everything I have cooked in it has been perfect. I love the glass lid, which means I can check on progress, and the pourer is excellent. I'd definitely recommend it.
