Tapioca texture
I've used the noodles before and they are good. The rice though is like pouring tapioca in your dish. It's not got any flavor which is ok, but the texture is something that doesn't go well with dishes that should have rice.

Delicious chewy noodles, and the 'rice'-shape was good also
These were great additions to our pantry! We got the mixed pack, so lets start with the noodles: tasty, chewy, with the proper snap. We used them for stir fry, warming them in the pan and sauce at the end and it was perfect. When it comes to the rice-shape, it was basically a fine substitute for stiff rice. We basically just used it under stuff as if it was rice and it worked out great. Each pack is 100g and about 15 calories according to the box, which is great for a single serving. We loved them!

Low carb and quick meal
It comes in these 3.53 oz packs, 12 in a box, I ordered it for portion control. Each pack has the rice sitting in a bit of liquid, so you’ve got to drain it before cooking. It’s easy to prepare, I usually rinse it, then toss it into boiling water for a couple of minutes to heat through. The texture ok, slightly chewy, not mushy, and it doesn’t have that weird taste I was worried about, but smells not that perfect. It’s literally flavorless on its own, it soaks up whatever sauce or seasoning I pair it with. I’ve mixed it with egg and soy sauce for a quick fried rice vibe, and it held up well, tasting like the dish I was going for. Now, the pros: it’s gluten-free, vegan, and super low-carb, since I’m watching my carbs. It’s also fat free, so it fits into my meal planning when I’m trying to keep things light. I feel full right after eating, especially if I load it up with veggies and protein. But here’s the flip side. While it’s filling at first, that full feeling doesn’t stick around long. Like, three hours later, I’m rummaging through the fridge again, which isn’t ideal if you’re using it as a meal replacement. Also, when I ordered, the listing said it’d be half noodles, half rice, but I got all rice.

Texture can be off-putting
I ordered this looking for a way to cut carbs and still have that sensation of eating rice, and it just isn't quite there for me. I think it's really the texture that is just a little bit too gummy/squishy. Another reviewer compared it to tapioca, and I think that is spot on.

Good texture, goes with anything
These are great! I love konjac noodles and the rice is a fun texture to eat with stir fry ingredients. I like the light flavor and texture. If you enjoy that flavor, you might like these rice noodles. They are good for you in moderation. Make sure not to eat too many if it's your first time eating them. They can cause a little gi upset if you eat too many at a time.
