Our best knife
This is our favorite knife by far since its recent arrival into the rack. The ergonomics are top notch, including the round handle. The blade stays sharp.

Beautiful Knife
The knife is well constructed & very attractive looking. It came sharp & cuts well. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I'm not a big fan of the handle. I bought this to replace another paring knife that has a 3&1/2 inch handle that is a bit slimmer & therefore, easier to grip for me. This handle including the tapered metal portion is almost a inch longer. My hands are not that large, so it doesn't feel as comfortable as the old one. Mind you, it's only a personal preference. If my hands were larger, I suppose I would give it 5 stars. Would still recommend.

Really love this knife!
As an avid knife snob, I was a little surprised to open the Nunchi paring knife on Christmas morning, as I had expected a Shun. To my surprise this little knife performs like a dream! I love the weight of the handle, fits beautifully in your palm. It’s also super gorgeous! The blade, however, is the star of the show. Super precise and very sharp! I love it! Experienced home cooks will love it! Also, significant gift box!

Opening the knife package is as much fun as using it.
I felt like I was unsheathing a sumari sword, opening was a lot of fun. Sharp balanced sharp hefty sharp and seems like top notch quality. And sharp. My one and only complaint, where the edge of the handle meets with the metal could be more flush, the edge around the wood handle, the metal part is a tiny bit sharp. But overall, excellent cutting edge, onions...avocado skins...tomatoes.. I felt like a food ninja using it.UPDATE: DO NOT PUT IN DISHWASHER. It will ruin the beautiful wood handle after once or twice. Splits the wood, swells it, cracks it... Be aware. it will ruin the handle of your beautiful knife.
