This first one I ordered, the zipper broke off within 30 seconds of opening it. I emailed the seller and they have great customer service. They refunded me and sent me a new bag. The quality of the bag is durable. The way the zipper is placed (one long zipper that circles the opening with no stopper on the end) allowed the zipper to detach right off the end and so I’m just more careful with the new one so it doesn’t happen again. My first bag had the label stitched on crooked, which really bugged me, but the new one is perfect. Great medium sized bag and looks really nice. Holds plenty of drinks and snacks for football or as a large lunch or picnic bag. Not so large it’s cumbersome. Customer service was awesome. I only removed one star because I think the zipper needs to be redesigned so it can’t detach.

Bought this for a sweet elderly person I know who needed a new carry-all bag for their use on public transportation. After months of a lot of daily use, it still looks brand new, and it looks sharp, too! Very spacious inside, too! Can't beat the price, especially for the quality! Highly recommend as a large lunch bag, or as a mid-sized carry-all bag, for a man or woman!

I was so happy with this lunch till when I received it. It was a perfect size to fit all of my Tupperware. After one week, the zipper broke. The seller was kind enough to send me anyone, which I received today. As you can see by the picture, the new one that I received today, on the right, is not as wide as the original tote bag was. I don’t know why this bag was not replaced with the one that I bought originally. I would not advise purchasing this launch to because the zipper is faulty. It would have been the perfect lunch tote if the zipper didn’t break. Now I have a replacement lunch tote that is not the same as the one I ordered. I can’t send this one back at this point because I still need another lunch t now I have a replacement lunch tote that is not the same as the one I ordered. I will be sending this one back as well because it would like it replace with the original tote.

I ordered this bag as a replacement for a pretty large insulated Thermos lunch bag. I’d had that bag for a long time. It was very difficult finding a bag that was about the same size. This Kryo bag is a great size, and is very well put together! It’s strong, the zipper is heavy duty, the straps are a good length (I’m short, and if the straps are too long, sometimes bags will drag on the ground! 🙄)I looked through so many similar bags that were either way too big, or reviews were not great. There were a lot of options from companies that I think were from China (you can always tell by the product descriptions) I’ve bought plenty of things from China with no issues, but I wanted a bag that will last me at least another ten years! Finnegan and Co. certainly sounded like a solid name!Only thing I wish was different, is I kind of wish the front pocket was a little bigger.

Had my lunch tote for years when the label said KRYO. This is my first time using the new TOLMI labeled tote and the zipper broke; it was not overstuffed. Do not buy. Quality went way down.

I meal prep and carry a lot of containers to work every day. I’ve been using two bags forever because I couldn’t find one that would fit everything, until now. This bag is awesome-it easily held three 32oz refillable water bottles, three Tupperware containers, an additional smaller drink container, and two ice packs. Plus, it stayed cold all day. The bag is sturdy and the material is easy to clean. It’s large enough to hold everything but not so big that’s it’s cumbersome. Overall, I would definitely recommend this to those who bring a lot of containers to work, if you’re taking lunch to the beach, or anywhere you need an easy to carry soft cooler.Also, the folks at KRYO are wonderful to deal with: professional, courteous, quick, and definitely there for their customers.

I rarely review products on Amazon but I had to say a few words here. I bought this product on a whim with fingers crossed looking for a good insulated bag to bring to the beach. I was blown away by how well it was put together given its price. It seems like a premium product in quality but it was only like $35.Most importantly the bag kept our entire collection of sodas and water super cold ALL day in 90+ degrees. The bag was in almost direct sunlight the whole time too. It didn’t keep the popsicles for the kids (“freezeies”) frozen but I suppose that would be expecting too much.I would highly recommend this bag and already have plans to order another one (ideally in white). Top quality product.

Wanted to buy myself a full mini to go fridge when my much more practical partner suggested I get an insulated bag instead for easy storage and ease of use. They were obviously right theres no place in my tiny apartment to store a mini to go fridge but this folds up so nice!! I keep it with my other reusable grocery bags for when I'm having a particularly long errands day, keeping icecream and frozen goods nice and cold until we arrive home. - Also I think this bag is pretty cute for how practical it is. Crossbody for easy beach days and hand held for heavier grocery runs. Front pocket works great for putting your phone away during hiking/camping/climbing down to beach locale scenarios.
