I wear this for about an hour sitting at my desk at work. It does help.

Works well for what it is but I don't believe this is the best way to fix posture. It's a little painful on the shoulders if you have it on tight.

I've only worn it a few days and have had zero problems putting it on and adjusting it. Ive tugged hard and really tested on the straps there has been on sign of tearing or fraying off the straps and nothing is coming apart. Reviewers who've mentioned the quality of manufacture, while their experience was seen as "bad", for me by putting it through a "stress test" when you when you first get it. If something gives, then return it. It shows no sign of a possible failure. Is it comfortable? No, not really. It does take getting used to as most of us don't have good posture, and we'll pay a price while the device does its thing. There is a sufficient amount of good padding , and it's adjustable for the arm/ armpit. You can easily slip it on, yank the straps and "go". I open it up to the max and put it on; then arrange the pads to ensure they'll be under the arms so I'll feel no binding or pinching it continues as I tighten down the straps to "pull myself into the proper posture." Based on your size, you may have to adjust the velcro strap that positions the center back "circle" as noted in the picture its super easy. Will it fail me in the future? I highly doubt it. It shows no signs of product failures or stitching failure. My view, its well made. Mind you that you don't wear it all day... start with only about 30 minutes and work up, to an hour or two or longer in a single day. The first few days/ week it's a bit uncomfortable as it begins the journey to get your posture correct, so start slow and work to a longer duration. Trust me it will get more comfortable.

Did not find it easy to adjust or put on/off. Needs a good rethink.

I bought this posture corrector to see if it could help me with my back and neck pain that recently always seems to constantly ache and hurt all the time. I was doing everything from self massaging or putting on ben gay or taking hot showers and so on. Then my doctor mentioned that I was slouching a lot. And recommended me to this product! I order it the next day and it came in about 2 days (very fast)! Have been useing it for about 3 days now and all i can say is i love it this thing has taken away all of my pain and in so comfortabe! I wore it for a 12 hour work day and forgot i had it on.Also in the short period of time ive had it ive already noticed my posture improving i barely slouch anymore! I recommend it to anyone with neck or back pain of any kind!

Difficult to put on and even harder to adjust once it is on..Waste of 💰 💰

It's a bit finniky to adjust but once you do it's ok. Only wore it for 3 days and it made a difference. This was my last stop before a chiropractor and it worked.

I definitely need this for correct my posture. I've been using this couple days it works pretty well.easy to adjust the strap and well made.
