Machines Mech Ray MR-7 Vehicle

This was a purchase for my grandson. He loved it!

Bought for my nephew. He loves these

Bought this and another Havex Machine plus the Ultimate Battleship for my grandson, I opened it up to see how difficult it would be for him to transform and the thing won't stay in vehicle mode to allow the mini cars to be inserted to transform. Will not be adding to this collection. I would give it 0 stars if I could.Edit of 1st review: After my son figured out the proper way to keep the vehicles locked in place grandson loved it and wants more. So much for my skills.

My boys received Havexmachines for their Birthday. I had never heard of them, but they really enjoy them. My only complaint is this Sting Ray is like handling a mouse trap when its compact. My son gets so frustrated that the slightest touch causes it to pop open.

Great design, kids love it.

So this is the 5th one I bought for my son, and I already knew what I was getting. But from the first one I bought every single toy has cheap parts and not engineered enough to work as promoted. Why did I continue to buy you ask?, because I used these as a way to teach my 9 yr old what could have been done or how to re-engineer this toy to actually work. I also show my son what quality toys look like in comparison to this. Honestly if the toy maker just spent a little extra attention to small details this would have been a successful toy line. He still likes how they look.

My son loves this toy even tho it will not stay transformed. So we just fold it up, do a countdown, and let it explode open.
