Ms.Lane I just want to say thank you for taking the URBAN CRIME NOVEL to the next level. The REIGNS' crime familly makes the GODFATHER organization look like a serious joke!! The two brothers and crazy but,ever so sexxy and dangerous sister are a double punch to the gut. Each book draws you deeper into the "FAMILLY" the money, sex, death,drugs, and the price that is paid by all who bear the name REIGNS. When I first started reading the first book I was not only shocked that the familly was BLACK but, very surprised that it wasnt' a " GETTO FAB" book. The plot was fast paced and focused with much style and brings a international flavor to the story line. The women are strong willed, highly educated, loving, sensual, beautiful, and very, DANGEROUS. The two bothers know how to take care of business on a gobal scale like the CIA,NSA,and FBI and other government agenices, that run illegal operations in the American public faces everyday. The fact that a Black crime familly not only takes on the "Old Ones" at their own game, but makes them pay dearly for thinking that they cannot be touched is priceless.The fact that they not only run a criminal emprire, but also a pharmaceutical company that finds the cure for "Cancer and AIDS" virus not only makes them more powerful, but will in time bring on the full weight of the US Government to try and stop them.Your knowledge of military tactic,and weapons and the nature of the male "EGO",makes me love PRINCESS character even more!! She is the heart of this series and I am always surprised just how protective she is of her brothers!! When she is not trying to kill them...lol. For the first time reader of this series start with the first book and get ready for non-stop action, bloodshed, mayhelm, great sex, payback on a level you have never read before, and for people you want to continue to read more about. Once again Ms. Lane I want to thank you for the pleasure you have given me, since you started your series I have seen others try to copy your writing style. They can keep on trying but, they dont have the skills or the knowledge to write about the "GAME" on the level like you do. Its just not always about the " HOOD " anymore. Now it is on a totally international level that you not only understand, but also write about Blackmen and women being KINGS and QUEENS and on center stage. From book one in your series I have become and will remain a loyal and true fan of your writing style. Please continue to write, to dream, to fly to new heights, and may the sun always catch you smiling your special smile!!!

Loved the story line and all the surprises. This family is ruthless and powerful and just amazing. The only thing that picked at me was the fact the the story kept changing from who was older Damian or Dante. In some parts it said that Damian was older and in other parts(specifically when the mother did one of her flash backs) it spoke as if Dante was the first born. Other than that I loved it.

This book was highly anticipated i couldnt wait to see how the war was going to start and how would the Reigns family deal with it. 1st i will say it was a good book but a strong downfall was too much of the book took exerts from the 1st two books which is not cool its like she wanted people that havnt read the first two to read this one and feel comfortable......thats on them if they didnt read them . on the other side the story was action packed and emotion filled which made it good and i like how it ended made things interesting.....good book not great worth a read especially if you have read the 1st two ...might as well see how it all ends

This to me was the best chapter. The whole series was a good read though. As always I love the way the story was put together. And to have Carter from the Cartel make an apperence was jaw dropping. If you haven't read the series please do.

Fab book, I am not a fan of this type of book but was given the first to read and could not put it down.Had to have the other two and read them in 3 nights.Light reading,very enjoyable story .Great holiday read.

There is a lot of repetition in this book from Books one and two, which was disappointing. The Reigns are still at war, taking some hits. Dante, Damian and Princess are still sticking together,trying to keep things together.They have not been eliminated yet.

Don't buy this !!!! so different from the original story and the story is boring as well, maybe IV is the continuation of II
