It is really 3 in 1
Purchased this combination of brush, shovel and ice scraper. I am guessing the ice chipper is the same as the ice scraper. The overall product seems to be well made. The brush is made of strong plastic material. I was able to clean snow off the car really easily. The shaft is metal and is extendable. The brush and ice scraper are detachable; you can then attach the shovel head and handle to the metal shaft. I have not had a chance to use the shovel yet, but seems to be well made as well. Please note that the shovel is very hard to remove from the shaft once attached.
