This is nice but the screws were missing and the part that holds the bell was missing. There is no way to attach the ball to the bell. A piece is missing. I’m sad

Very sturdy and easy my to put together!

I wasn’t expecting to have to put this together, my other horse bell is one solid piece of black cast iron. This comes in pieces that you have to put together and I’m not sure it’s going to last. The screws that are in the package seem inadequate. Definitely the screws that are supposed to attach this to a wall or a post, are only a half an inch long and this is quite heavy. So, longer screws will have to be found to put this up. It is also painted, rather than the black cast iron.

I gave this as a retirement gift for a friend that is getting ready to build a barn. She loved it!

The bell arrived quick and was easy to hang. Excellent quality as it was very well made.

I LOVE this bell. My daughter wanted something in our kitchen that had a horse since she rides and I wanted a dinner bell. I figured this was a great compromise. It actually looks much better in person than it does in the picture. It came with instructions and was easy to put together. I actually thought it was missing a piece at first, but I just didn't realize they had screwed the piece in to the horse wall mount already.

Our 3 dogs came running when I rang this bell! My husband put it up right away in our carport; it goes well with some other paniolo items we have up to decorate the outside area of the house. Please note that it is roughly made with uneven sides, edges on the bell and the back part where you hang it is not flat. For the price paid we are ok with the imperfections as it will not be used regularly to call in the humans or animals at our place!
