Light breathable good quality waist wader!!!
I have some chest waders for fishing at deep lakes or big rapid rivers. But sometimes when I fish at small shallow creeks, I do need a waist wader. That is why I just bought the Kylebooker waist wader which is lighter than chest wader. The wader is made of 3-layer facbric, so it is wear-resistant and breathable. Also, it has quick-release locking buckle and easy to fit your waist. Another advantage is the reinforced knees which make it last longer. Strongly recommend!!!

Love these Waders.
Love these waders. I spent forever looking for a pair of waders that would fit me as I'm a bigger girl but I love to fish. Usually I would just slap on some Capris and some water socks and just go for it, but the weather here has gotten colder and that was no longer bearable. This is the first year I've fished well into the colder weather, I usually stop at the end of fall. I also can't afford to spend a ton if money on a custom made pair of waders right now. I am 5'9" and about 290lbs, these fit well with the exception of the feet part being a little big (too be expected as I bought them in a larger size to fit in the waist) and they are pretty long on me at my height (they would fit someone well into the 6ft range also to be expected). I've only now in December had to add a pair if wool socks and warmer pants underneath to stay warm. No issues with warmth in the fall when. The temp initially started to drop. We fished the other day in 28f and with wool socks, boot warmers and a pair warm pants I was able to stay warm enough to be wading in and out of the river. I've been using them for about 3 months now with my Korkers wading boots and they are perfect together. I'm thinking about seeing how affordable it would be to have them tailored to be a little shorter in the legs as someone else on here mentioned. I would buy these again!

Will buy these for life
Well into my fourth season with these waders. I got a small rip in the leg a couple years back walking through a briar patch, but easily repaired with the included spare material and some rubber cement. These waders have seen hundreds of daily trips through rivers and surf fishing and are still water tight. An old timer once told me “waders are like concrete; there’s concrete that’s cracked and concrete that hasn’t cracked yet” there’s literally no reason to invest in high end waders unless you spend the majority of your time on the river reading other people’s gear choices instead of the water and what the fish are feeding on. After over three years with these I have obviously grown fond of them having landed thousands of fish in them. That being said at this price point I still wouldn’t think twice about cutting myself out of these if I were stuck in a hairy situation, now if they cost $800+ that’d be a different story.

Big and bulky
I bought these pants waders in xl because I didn't want them to be too long, the waist to be too tight, and the stockingfeet to be too big. Well, this item didn't fit well at all. The legs were way too baggy, the length too oversized, the feet, very wide and long, and despite the breathable feature you advertised, the inside material felt very rough and stiff, unlike anything I ever bought before. I'm returning these today for a full refund.

Poor design
These should be much better than they are…basically it comes down to poor design. A few key issues are, they breath poorly, waist design give you the paper bag effect because loops are In the wrong place. If they put 2 at your hips, one in the back & 2 in the front all would be good. Not enough room in the knee area to move freely or high step with out effecting movement. Waist should also be designed where the back is about 4” higher, I can not kneel down with out get plumbers butt. I’m 5’7” 145 lbs & I ordered a medium. I would not recommend these pant waders to anyone… in the end you get what you pay for & in this case junk.

Perfect for me
I've read a couple reviews about the pants being too big, too baggy, too small for U.S. folks. I'm 6' 215 size 12 shoe. I order the XL based on the chart and advice from a friend of mine. The fit on the XL pants are perfect for me. I have room for an extra layer of clothing but they are still comfortable enough to wear without the extra layer. Ease of movement is a must for me and these pants did very well as I was moving through the water. The pants are constructed very well and so far they've held up. Extra reinforcement in the right spots...not just on the knees like MANY of the other higher dollar waders. Reinforcement covers above the knees to mid-shin and mid-rear to below the knees on the back. The seems appear to be durable and sealed well. So far so good. I highly recommend the Kyle Booker wading pants.
