Good customer service
Ordered two for my daughters new beds , One mattress perfect the other not so perfect however the company were fantastic and sent a replacement very quickly.

Cheap, prob wont last long
Comfy mattress but nothing like the photo on the advert. Not happy with the side of the mattress as they sag. No information about the mattress asvthe advert said you don’t need to turn it over so I had the email the manufacturer to find out which side was on the top

Mattress turned up a day early and was packed very well but it wasn’t as deep as advertised and the memory foam isn’t as deep as quoted either. Overall it’s a comfy sleep but slightly disappointed in the advertisement

Springs are noisy
Looks great but is not noiseless. The springs cream right from the start. It's medium soft rather than firm. That said it is comfortable enough.

Amazing
This mattress is fantastic. Was getting stiffness and aches with last mattress, all that is now gone. There is one downside to this mattress... I don’t want to get out of bed in the morning now haha.

Nothing at all like the picture. No memory foam layer at all and the springs were so uncomfortable. When I messaged to send back they blamed the poor quality on COVID!!! It wasn’t even half the size in thickness as the photo shown.Returning was utter nightmare. Ordered collection on the Monday for following Friday. Took day off work. Nobody turned up. Emailed and told out of their hands and would request collection following Tuesday. Nobody turned up. Eventually picked up on Wednesday. I’m self employed and lost money taking time off. They would not refund until mattress was returned but nobody was picking it up.I think they hope you’ll give up so won’t have to refund.AWFUL AWFUL QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. LEAVE WELL ALONE. Amazon shouldn’t let them sell. Don’t even deserve 1 star. Nothing about the mattress was any good and I can’t describe the appalling quality enough.
