LODGE L10SK3 Logic 12" Skillet Frying Pan

重たい？あたりまえ。軽かったら炭の中にぶち込んだら曲がるし。これは炭の中に突っ込んで放置しても曲がらない。何より、黒皮が強いからガンガン洗っても平気。チャイナフライパンと違って鋼材の質が違うので黒皮がはげない。結局、洗う時短になるし使い勝手もいい。

とにかくお肉がおいしく焼けます。ステーキ、焼き肉、焼き鳥と万能です。大家族向けにこのスキレットまたはマルチグリドルは必携かなと思いまして、オススメの一品です(^^)

私は満足してますが12インチは想像以上にデカいのでビックリします購入時は収納できるかどうか確認してからにしましょう

8インチでは少し小さいけど9インチだとサイズがちょうど良く10インチだとちょっと大きいかな重いし！9インチはおすすめです！

しっかりと新品のものが届きました！既にシーズニングがされている商品なのですぐ使うことができました！同時に買った蓋もピッタリでこれで早速焼いた牛ロースステーキは最高でした！

Very heavy and good quality.

I love using this cast iron skillet when cooking especially if I'm cooking steak or any kid of meats. Unfortunately, If you don't oil it correctly the food will stick and it will be a pain in the butt to clean it. I have to oil it constantly while the fire is on and smoke going everywhere. If I don't oil it properly one time and I use it to cook, when it's time to clean it I have to add salt and scrub it with paper towels until it's nice and clean. Since we don't have an oven I can't place it in the oven with oil I have to do it on the stove top. Again, love this pan when it works and it's oiled perfectly because the food won't stick. However, if you don't oil up correctly and the food sticks now you're stuck cleaning it and you can't use dish soap on it.

12インチを購入しましたがこのサイズのスキレットは万能ですね開いた鶏モモが2枚入ります隙間で副菜も焼けますすき焼きが最強ですやっぱりすき焼きは鋳物ですねほんとに美味しく焼けます是非、本格的なすき焼きを試して下さいオススメです神経質なので毎回、洗剤で洗って高温で乾かして保管してますがどうもないです時々、サラダ油でシーズニングはしてますが
