It was these or I was moving onto an angle-grinder. Thankfully these are great so didn't have to buy an expensive Ryobi power tool to sort my talons out.

The cutting is good. Nice and sharp, and easy to use. The 2-piece return spring on mine is a little out of alignment so it clicks into place each time it's operated, which is a little irritating (hence only 4 stars), but that doesn't interfere with its operation.

These are great. They are very strong and durable.I have hard nails from time to time and these do the trick well.

Smaller than I was expecting,short handle no measurements so it's really is a lucky dip !There reasonably sharp but poorly made and blades don't touch the whole length and the rubber grips ,don't !The grips fall off in use ,I suppose at this price what's to expect?They work after glueing the grips in place for the price it's not worth the effort of returning them times that by 10000s possibly bought and binned , somebody's making money!Some of the items sold on Amazon remind me of the type of stuff you buy on holiday in Spain from the cheap Chinese shops for a for a couple of euros and they last the duration of your holidays!.........

Easy to use

Not fit for purpose. The rubber on the handles was dirty, and it easily detaches with use.Very difficult to get a decent amount of leverage due to small grips being small, and the rubber slipping off. Without the rubber, they're slippery and hard on the hands. Not good if you're arthritic.The blades are blunt, and thus useless.

Nice clippers good for hard nails.
