This is an outstanding mug warmer. It works very well, the quality is good, and the design is super cute too. It worked for over 7 1/2 years before i needed to consider buying a new one and I wasn’t particularly careful with it. I would leave it on most of the time because it was almost in constant use and there were occasional spills. Eventually, maybe by year 6, the on/off button got tricky, but it still functioned fine. It just required a little extra finessing. Just recently the on/off button seems to have a short in it, rapidly turning itself off whenever i try to turn it on (possible safety feature?). Did I get my money’s worth? Absolutely. Would I recommend this adorable warmer? 100%! Am I here to buy a new one? You know it! It’s impossible to go back to regular life after you get used to having coffee or tea that never goes cold!

These Disney coffee warmers are the only ones that I have found that get HOT. I've tried others, even one with a higher wattage rating in the ad, but this one still gets hotter. Minnie or Mickey doesn't matter. They work great and I won't bother with any other.

My husband got me the Mickey one for Christmas last year. Total beverage life changer. I prefer my hot beverages hot, not warm, not cool, but by the time I get half way through a mug of coffee, tea, whatever, it's cooled down too much for my preference. Now, even the last slug is piping hot. After 8 months of daily, heavy use, the hotplate stopped heating. Light turned on, just no heat. I have no doubt this is my doing, as I am forever spilling my beverage, knocking into the table, dribbling on the plate, etc. I looked around for another one, looking into all kinds for several days, and finally got the same thing, only the Minnie one this time. The mugs are so cute, and the warmer is freaking fabulous. I use it all day long, hours a day, it takes a real beating, and keeps my drinks at the perfect temp. I've even put something warm on it, come back later, taken a sip, and it's way warmer than when I put in down. Saves me from the constant microwaving. Love!

I really want to know why the exact same Mickey mug is treated like it's so awesome when it is exactly the same as the way cooler, super awesome Minnie Mug! I love hot pink and black. Minnie Mouse is way cooler than Mickey. The warmer really works and kept my drink warm and I used my own big 'ol Ikea mug and it fit perfectly on the warmer. The details are so sweet, like the Minnie head on the surface of the warmer, the Minnie face indicator light, the Disney cord wrap, and Minnie's name on the inside of the cup. It is all really cute and sweet for the price and would make a great gift for anyone who has to sit at a desk and work who drinks a lot of hot beverages. I had a Mr. Coffee one and it is also great. I just moved and left it behind and decided to go with a cuter one since I have to look at it all the time. It makes me smile and I love it! I definitely recommend it. I'm not sure why the Mickey mug has a ton of pictures but there aren't any for the Minnie mug, so I decided to add them myself.

Very cute, appears to work well. Just got it so can’t speak to its durability or longevity by since it has Disney’s name on it, hopefully it is good quality. All in all, very happy with my purchase. So happy I won’t have to keep reheating my coffee in the microwave anymore.Update:As has been said, this thing gets really hot. I even put a cup of lukewarm coffee on it thinking it would keep it at that temp but in no time, it was piping hot. As to the odor, there was definitely a smell at first which did seem to permeate your beverage even when you don’t use the included mug but it wasn’t too bad and I’m happy to say it is gone now. I’m so used to bolting my coffee before it gets cold, I have to keep rem8nding myself that I don’t need to hurry. Don’t know how I lived without it.
