Basically, it does not perform its intended function. There is insufficient tension to keep the finger extended. The finger tip area is too large and does not hold the finger securely. The wrist strap is very thin and harsh, not something that one would like to wear for extended periods. In fact, I had to remove it after 5 minutes as it was digging into my wrist. The hook & loop fastner irritates! Also, the wrist strap really cannot provide a good enough anchor for the finger brace. Overall, due to the unreasonable return policy, its now in the trash. Money wasted!!
