I purchased this mushroom complex a couple weeks ago after doing some research. I consider myself to have a delicate immune system, recovering from mono diagnosed in December. Recently a severe head cold was going thru my house....I already had it once 2 weeks prior and I felt like I was coming down with it AGAIN ....I was sneezing uncontrollably, runny nose, the awful feeling of coming down with a severe head cold. I immediately took extra doses of the mushroom complex thru out the day (3-4 doses). To my surprise I woke up the next day free of cold symptoms, there was no doubt I was getting sick yet again! I also feel incredibly calm and am enjoying deep sleep. My first experience with a mushroom complex and I have to say I am impressed & pleased with my purchase. If you are new mushrooms, looking for immune & stress support I do recommend this brand. So far A+ results.

I've read about the immuno-modulating benefits so I thought I would give these a try. The package arrived on time and I've taken these for a week now. The capsules are easy to swallow and I like that the product contains reishi, which I feel is calming.

No flavor- large pills - I guess it works? No side effects. How would you know if it works really... is supposed to help you not get sick so...

I also started doing research on some of the ingredient properties, like turkey tail which I had never heard of, and found out some really interesting things.. Turkey tail contains a compound called polysaccharide-K (PSK) that stimulates the immune system. PSK is so effective that it’s an approved anticancer prescription drug in Japan. Turkey tail has been shown to improve the survival rate of people with certain cancers, fight leukemia cells, and improve the immune system of people receiving chemotherapy. If that isn’t enough to convince you of its natural power I don’t know what is!

Theses are listed as organic. There are ingredients in it that are not organic though. There is also no organic verification label or confirmation on them. I wouldn't have bought them had it been labeled in the advertising honestly, but they were not.

I just recently learned about the health benefits of certain mushrooms. After reading the customer reviews of this product, I decided to give this brand a try. After 3 weeks, I can tell a difference. I'm about to order another bottle before I run out and I also gave some pills to my adult granddaughter for her to try. My anxiety is better and I feel more relaxed, I am sleeping better, whereas, I can fall asleep without taking Melatonin or some other sleep. I wake up refreshed and ready for a new day. I see improvements with my facial acne, which I have dealt with for over 55 years. I thought my acne would get better as I aged, but I was so wrong. I feel the 5 various types of mushrooms that are in this product are beneficial to me. I'm also a breast cancer survivor and dealt with lymphedema. I am able to stop taking a prescription drug to fight cancer cells from returning. So far, this product s a keeper!

the biggest reason I wanted to try these out was for the immune system boost. I am always feeling a bit sick and on the go and living in New York it definitely doesn’t hurt to get that extra immune system boost.So far since taking them I feel great. I was nervous the pills were going to be huge but they are a decent size so taking them is easy - I have added these to my daily vitamin intake every morning.

It's a little difficult to know if a blend of mushrooms is doing its job in helping me to thwart off illness... esp. given I don't get sick very often. I purchased these based on a podcast I heard on the peoples pharmacy where Dr. Terroni Lowdog recommended a mushroom blend to help boost your immune system. So I have only consumed them twice along with my other vitamins.I was contacted twice by the company persisting in requesting my review of the product, so here it is. That's as much as I can tell you .. I just am attempting to avoid illness during the winter season when everyone seems to be catching stuff.. hopefully, this will help.
