It almost always reads 110+ in the summer, but it's almost always somewhere around that temp here in the summer. Shows cooler temps once I'm on the road, but it really serves my purpose.

Awful product! It will eventually fall off and your money will go down the drain with it. You cannot read it and It will eventually fall off and your money will go down the drain with it. I don't know where this item was made but I got a good idea where!!

A used truck I purchased does not have an indication of outside air temp on the instrument cluster like most newer cars do (this is simply a readout of the air temp taken at the intake plenum, data used by the ECM to determine fuel/air mixture. I wanted a small thermometer to mount on the rearview mirror. There are a number of electronic ones on the market but these require wiring from the outside sensor to the inside display--overly complex and I didn't want to crap up the look of the panel. This one fills the bill well, it's quite small but, sitting at my left elbow, is close enough to read easily through the window. I used additional glue as the foam glue pad struck me as inadequate. When sitting in the sun parked, it does read high but soon shows the correct temp once I start to drive. The only problem I see with it is that it is rather cheaply made of thin plastic. We'll see how long it lasts.

I love this gadget. I stuck it to my driver side rear view mirror and it works fine. If your car doesn’t have a thermometer and you wanna know what’s going on outside this is your ticket

The ventilation holes on the back of it make it harder to read - a distraction I don't need while driving down the road - but it seems to be pretty accurate

I think a bit hard to read, but this is largely a result of two scales and the small size. I was looking for something slightly larger and easier to read.

Easy to install and read, just not very accurate.It's reads about 10-15° hotter than it actually is.Of course it's stuck onto my mirror and I can't get it off. Very dissatisfied.UPDATE:Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse. Ok, I've had this exposed to multiple temperatures. Below freezing to mid-seventies. This morning it was 15 degrees here in Michigan. This POS for a thermometer said mid fifties. Alright, the sun was hitting it, but come on!!!! I've bought ALOT of cheap stuff on Amazon. Most of the time I get lucky and it actually works. The other part of the time, I wish I wouldn't have wasted my time. But this time???? This is, by far, the worst product that I've ever seen. The only thing that might top it is when I once ordered a padlock.....and the key was locked onto it......through the hole at the top of the key. Seriously???But this little Thermometer is complete JUNK. I wouldn't pay for it if it was free!!

Great simple little thermometer , easily read, and easy to install (3M tape on the back). Not the highest quality in terms of build (simply a plastic housing, which is to be expected at this price). I Have been using for a month or so, in all weather conditions (Snow, Rain, Sun, driving at 100+km/h), and have had no issues.ALSO:For those saying that this is not an actual thermometer, this is incorrect. It is not a mercury (or replacement) based thermometer, but rather one that is designed around the compression and expansion of a coiled strip of metal, reacting to the temperature, thus adjusting the arrow. I can confirm that is is within 1 degree Celsius of actual temperature.

Too small to read sitting in vehicle. Won’t stick to mirror

Made sure mirror was clean before applying.Fell off on highway 3 days later.Recommend looking at a different product to buy.
