Pain Management

I had to have surgery and needed something that would help me sleep and take me away from the pain. I ordered two Monroe Cd's. I use it at night. The narrator has a relaxing voice. She counts to 20 and I never make it to 20. I sleep a deeper more relaxing sleep. Which was is important when I'm in a lot of pain. Very helpful. Good product.

Personally, I find the count down to be exaggerated, and causes frustration waiting for the next number.All the suggestions come at the end of the CD.I would have liked to have sleep suggestions given in the very beginning along with the counting.

Leave it Hemi Sync to have the most innovative CDs on the market. Just listen to the subliminal messages within this CD a few nights before bedtime--it's amazing how relaxed and rested your body will feel the next day. I normally listen to this CD the night after a workout at the gym. Super great product!!

The Pain Management CD helped me to get to sleep and stay asleep after surgery. I do not normally sleep on my back and expected sleep problems due to pain and discomfort. I slept very well.

Very disappointed. When Cd arrived the cover was in peace's and CD was unplayable. Product was returned to sender.
