Old Salty 4-6P Planer

Purchased this planer after watching a YouTube video. I used this planer and rigged up a great setup for trolling. Works great and great price.

There are other planers, but why would you buy them? Old Salty planers are just simply perfection and the only option. Do I sell them? no. I just buy then, use them and lose them because they get eaten from time to time by high speed toothy Zebra's. I think I've tried 4 or 6 other species of planers, mostly because I couldn't get old salty's at the time. They are all sitting on the back of a shelf unused and ignored after universally disappointing me. Th best solution I have come up with is to just carry more spares than i think i need as every time I've run out I was just mad all day.Don't believe me? I'm good with it, it just means more fish for me to catch since you will not.

Well worth the couple of extra dollars over sea striker planers

Looks used, and very scratched

This is the only plainer brand I use. Super reliable and keeps set until the strike. Great for pulling drone spoons and sea witches. They get the job done!
