Great for one time
Ever since I had a severe kidney infection in August '15, I have had a problem with urgency/overflow. I had to attend my son's wedding in semi formal attire, and terrified I would have an accident, so decided to try these out. Well, they fit perfectly (5'5" and 115) and I normally wear a 6 in panties which are a little large on me, but like them that way. In any case, these fit fine and were not visible under m y dress, no one would ever have known. Fortunately I got thru the ceremony and reception without any problem and these were very, very comfortable, even I forgot I had them on. Now that they have been washed once in cold water and air dried, they seem to have lost their elasticity and "bunch" up, or that is what it feels like. They are not as comfortable as they were when new, They may just be a one time use, but they served the purpose and gave me peace of mind, so for me, worth it. Probably would not buy again unless there is another formal affair, and there better not be as this is my only child lol!!!

Not for my needs - but good for full coverage requirements!
Good quality and appear to be made very well. A true full cut panty up to your waist style. My only issue was for me they were a bit of overkill - The waterproof enclosed pad portion goes all the way from the back top waistband to the top of the front waistband. These really are perhaps more for a gal that might truly worry that their needs requiredThis much full coverage protection. For me and my occasional leaks and dribbles they were just too much to consider wearing on a day to day basis. If you need full coverage I will say these are very comfortable and soft. No discernible rustle but if you touch the panties while they are in you obviously can tell there is a waterproof padding of some sort inside.

Comfortable but not for nighttime use
I really wanted to stop using disposables (expensive and bad for the earth), but I will need to continue my search. There was only a single review when I purchased these so I was hoping the comment that they weren't suitable for nighttime use didn't apply to me, LOL. Now you have two of the same opinion to help you make your choice. That said, these panties are very well constructed. The cotton is super-soft, and the waist and leg elastic is fully enclosed, making these one of the most comfortable panties I own. So I will still make use of these since I need only "sneeze protection" during the day. They machine-wash and dry beautifully.

more comfortable than incontenince pads but run small
normally I wear a 9 in briefs - I ordered this in a 10 and it is still too small - but I like the look and feel of this underwear - the correct size for me in this Conni classic is 14 and in the Chantilly a 16 so beware of the sizing because they run small - also these are best for stress incontinence hence light leakage - I prefer these over pads, which are very uncomfortable for me and tend to bunch up - yes more hand washing but a small price to pay for comfort

They say good for 350cc of fluid aver 4 hours
Fast delivery. Very comfy and pleasant to wear...but only hold slow drips. If you cough and lose an ounce, you may leak. They say good for 350cc of fluid aver 4 hours. If I am leaking very slowly, I want to change each time. I will wear with a thin pad in them so I don't worry about the pad leaking. They really look great and I love the covered elastic.

I do love these pants
I do love these pants: they are perfect for sneezing and coughing. One one order, they sent the wrong size, but I didn't notice it until after I washed them and tried them on, so I guess I'll try to take them in. I would give them four stars if they had sent the right size.

Bunching up of padding
After a couple of washing the protective padding started bunching up and really became uncomfortable and less absorbent.
