Sterling Silver Viking Valknut - SMALL, 3D Double Sided - (Charm Only or Necklace)

Beautiful, sturdy, and good quality. Charm is about the size of a dime- which seems about perfect to me. Also, despite its small size, it has a good sized hole that easily accommodates my necklace chains.

UPDATE: I bought a second one! REVIEW: This item is even more attractive than the photograph suggests. So many valknut necklaces are so large. It is discrete without being dainty, so it's unisex. It is lightweight but does not feel cheap--not brittle or weak as if it will bend, break, or even scratch. (I see no scratches on it after many months of wear yet I don't store on a soft surface, like a lined jewelry box or some such.) There is slight concavity on one side and convexity on the other, so you can choose whichever you want to be front facing. It's extremely difficult to see that subtle difference but easier to feel it with your fingers, which lends a bit of extra depth--literally--to the piece's character. I wear it during the day under my shirt (on a simple matte silver chain) and remove it at night, and I am not a jewelry/rings/bracelet kind of guy at all, but this one just feels right.As you may know already, the symbol itself is of indeterminant meaning, and "valknut" is a modern name for it applied by scholars. This is specifically a unicursal version (one unbroken line/band)--as opposed to three separate but interlocking triangles (the Borromean rings or "links in a chain" style of the valknut)--but it is the unicursal version that I wanted, even though the valknut as it appears in its oldest examples in the archeological records of Germanic peoples is not the unicursal style but the Borromean. I intend to buy a second one to have just in case the one I have already gets lost someday.

Didn't expect it to be so small and lightweight. Also I must have mis measured so it lays too long on my neck so it really doesn't work for me. Check your measurements before buying...
