This is my third USA pan; I chose it as I like the first two so much.The nonstick isn't the usual black, but a very smooth surface that doesn't need washing - just a quick wipe is sufficient.My advice when getting these tins is to measure your oven first as American ovens are clearly larger than ours.

Check oven size first
Have now completely restocked my baking ware,these are fantastic.Nothing sticks,easy to clean,pricey but you do get a product which will last.Can highly recommend all ,just check your oven size as some are too large for the average UK ovenā
