Simple words I love it I don’t take it off only to sleep but seriously speaking I am a New Yorker that is representing this brand hard body words is nothing just look at the picture and you will understand 190 now I am 158 pounds working in gaining 8 pound didn’t notice and was only working out and burn a few extra pounds that’s not in the plan to burn 😆 but is incredibly great and strongly recommended

Weights have a tendency to start sliding out but only after using it a few times and not checking them. Cheaper vests work just as well but don't look as cool imo.EDIT: After a few months of mostly occasional light use the weights leak a fair amount and some of vest pouches have started to tear. You're gonna need a roll of duct tape and some patience to take out, wrap up all the weight pouches and put them back in. I still like the darn thing but yeah, annoying when you're doing burpees or box jumps or double unders and weight pouches pop out. 3 or 4 stars depending on how much you care.

Works great so far no complaints. Love the American Flag.
