Great Stuff, too many people just don't know how to use it.
I never got expired meds myself, but if you do, contact amazon not pet armor, amazon is responsible not petarmor. It killed the dogs fleas and kept them away. Also, if you don't apply it correctly it won't work. Most people squirt the stuff in a line down the back which is WAY WRONG. You need to expose the skin between the shoulders and apply it all in that single location (for small dogs). I have 3 Chihuahuas and they all get it and are all fine. The people who have problems are most likely not applying it correctly or having a bad case of the coincidences! If you apply it wrong your dog can lick it and cause serious problems. All flea and tick meds including collars are potentially lethal to dogs if they eat them, so don't blame the meds if your dog eats it, you put the stuff in the wrong place! If the meds are not put directly on the skin they cannot be absorbed into the fat layer; but instead will be wasted on the hair and evaporate away and become useless. Make sure you apply correctly!!!

Works as well as Frontline.
This works great for my tiny Yorkie puppy. The price is so much less than in the stores. I don't know about the mosquito protection but I live in Florida where the fleas and mosquitoes are rampant and this product works very well for these purposes The advanced formula was much less than the regular formula on Amazon so I decided to give it a try. I've used the regular formula for several months and it works as well as Frontline or Advantage at less than half the price. However, when I did some searching on Amazon I found this advanced formula for less than half the price of the regular formula. I paid $28 in Walgreens and $15 in my local grocery store (on sale) for the regular formula and this advanced formula was 30% less than the least amount I've paid. It pays to do some serious searching on Amazon. It's a bit of a mystery why the advanced formula would be so much less, but it works just as well. It has the same exact ingredients as Frontline. After 20 years, drug company patents expire and Pet Armor has now joined Frontline and Advantage with a similarly effective formula. I highly recommend this product.

... saying that this doesn't work because it has worked beautifully for my chi
I am very surprised to read some of the reviews here saying that this doesn't work because it has worked beautifully for my chi :)! She was completely infested with fleas when I started using this and within a month, I could hardly find any alive! I did give her weekly baths, letting the shampoo sit for a long time then rinse at least 2x over. Perhaps it is expectations - I expected to find more fleas 1week after a bath b/c she would have been re-exposed through her surroundings, which was still infested despite my best efforts. I gave it time and we are all so happy now! She did not have any kind of skin reaction or systemic issues (ie no nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, constipation, fatigue, or appetite loss). Will continue to buy this brand. I have a new german shepherd puppy who has been neglected in her very few weeks of life and will update this if I find the medication useless on her. So far so good though, no issues, applied it about 3 days ago.

Was sold a 5 year old product! No wonder it didnt work!
My poor dog has been suffering from flea bites for months. We have been religiously applying this every 4 weeks and not even a slight difference. Last night I went out and bought Frontline because nothing else seems to be helping him. Less than 12 hours and he finally has stopped scratching! So I went and grabbed the last tube of pet armor and the mfgd date is 4/13! Omg this stuff only has a shelf life of 4 years! So basically we have been using an expired product! No wonder it wasn't working. Do yourself a favor and go to the store and buy it and check your dates

Seems to be Working
I thought I would try this lower cost Flea repellant, b/c Frontline Plus is expensive. I have Not found any fleas on my dog since I've been using it on her, and I live in San Diego were fleas are year around. I hope it continues to work, and I can save some money buying this product.

Very effective at keeping my rescue pup flea and tick free while staying in a very active animal foster home!
As a volunteer foster parent with my local rescue, my apartment is often a temporary home for 1-2 dogs (in addition to my own adorable little terror ;) ), 2-3 cats/kittens, and a rabbit or 2. I typically house a new foster animal every 1-2 weeks. What can I say? I have a passion for animals! Since most homeless or abandoned pets don't already have a flea/tick preventative in their system, our rescue administers medication upon intake. However, this doesn't stop my new fosters from tracking in outdoor pests during those first 24 hours prior to the medication taking full effect! Well, one day, I did my own personal rescue of a 10 lb. Chihuahua. The first night I had to treat him with an all-organic flea bath, and I administered Pet Armor Pro's Advanced flea preventative. Up until I found him a suitable placement 6 months later, he remained flea and tick free while on this preventative and while also residing in my rather active foster home.*** PLEASE NOTE: This medication is NOT a heartworm preventative. Heartworms are a deadly disease caused by mosquitoes. It only takes 1 infected mosquito to hurt your furry family member. Please visit your veterinarian to purchase the appropriate medication to prevent a very avoidable illness ***

Only worked for 2 and a half weeks
Worked for about 2 and a half weeks. After trying it again a month later, it barely worked and now a week later, fleas fleas fleas. At first I thought this would be an acceptable solution for the winter months, when fleas are at their more vulnerable and their least, but it's not even worth that.Spend the extra money and get something that actually works, plain and simple. I very much tried to give this product a chance, but it just does not do the job it's advertised as doing. At least, nowhere near the amount of time they claim.

It works
I have used this for about a year now. I have had no problems with fleas or ticksI live in a wooded area. The only problem I have with it is it seems to leave an”oily” spot on my pomapoo that last for a week to ten days. It only last 2-3 days on my older Pom. However I will continue to use it.
