Such great family memories ❤️Haven't been able to find Spanish bean soup in the grocery store and I had a hankering!! Took a chance and YAY. Miss Abertsons bread to go with it, although I made my own home made bread!! DELICIOUS

Childhood comfort food revisited!
So glad to find this item available through online ordering! It's sometimes nearly impossible to find in grocery stores in my area. As a child in Florida my family had this Garbanzo Bean Soup periodically and it was always a family favorite . Later after We moved to Georgia we still had it occasionally when we could find it in the stores or when relatives or friends visited from FL and brought us the soup mix because they knew we didn't have regular access to purchase it. It's been years since I've had it and It's cooking now!! Lol

The beans were so old I followed directions and also soaked over night and through the next day but they NEVER got soft!

Excellent soup meak.
Have used this product in the past but has been hard to find until now . Makes an excellent main dish with ham, sausage, & potatoes added. Highly recommend for a tastfuk & filling meal.

As a ex-Florida guy,I was raised on Spanish bean soup.You really need to add ham,bone&pieces to the recipe.Suggest mashing the beans a bit to thicken.
