Update:Ended up buying a second unit for another car. Very please with the product. The IPS screen provides close to 180 degree viewing angle. Very impressive. With the install, the ACC has to be powered and just not just the battery wire for unit to operate. At first I thought I had a DOA unit.Original :This is a really good unit but I don't know about longevity. It's also nice having the FM transmitter to avoid running audio wires. This is going to make family trip very exciting. The manual could use more details instructions on the operation. The base plate is flush with the ceiling with very low profile.

This DVD player works great and the picture is really good on it. You can see the picture just fine on angles which tends to be a problem on a lot of Vehicle DVD players. The games are a nice feature as well. There is 1 drawback which is preventing me from giving it 5 stars and that’s the instructions, they are pretty non-existent. The instructions do not provide any help on the wiring. There are also a lot of wires that need to be hidden, so if you don’t have a lot of room in the ceiling to push the wires back into, it will probably be a problem for you. If you are good with wiring and can figure out what to connect, you should be fine. There is a very long cable (about 10 ft) included, which The DVD player I found to not work unless it was connected, which was unfortunate because it has a ton of AV connects which I wasn’t planning on using. So overall a great DVD player, but you are on your own when it comes to wiring it.

This DVD Player is the Bomb. The Kid's favorite part is the games. There is 32 games on the Disc and you can search with Amazon and Find more disc. My Favorite part is that you can connect any items with a HDMI and use it as a Screen. We connect my Phone to it and used the Netflix off it. It work great. Another part of this is that it comes with Wireless headphones. So Adults can Chat and kids can hear the movie. Im pretty sure you can purchase more headphones if you need them. But with everything you get with the package its a great deal.

We had a dvd player installed by Toyota when we bought our SUV. It does after 5 years so I decided to replace it with this. We had best buy install it. The sound quality is terrible. I have always used FM to listen to the dvd (with our old DVD player). This one sounds like static fuzz all the time and the car volume has to be turned up so high. The remote has stopped working after two months. This is the worst part since I cannot select things from the menu, press stop or anything else you'd use the remote for. The LED lights have no option of turning off. Our old DVD player had a sliding button for lights on, lights on when doors are open, and lights off. At night while driving it is horribly distracting. I ended up using electrical tape to cover the lights. I'd rather spend more money and get a better unit

We purchased 2 of these DVD players and had them professionally installed TWICE. Neither place could get them to work. They literally told us the DVD players are pieces of crap. Thanks for taking $500 out of our pockets to pay for the installs! If I could have given no stars I would have.

I got this as a Christmas gift and installed it on Christmas Eve afternoon, by Christmas Eve night it stopped working. Actually only had it playing for 20 minuets and turned it off for a few hours and tried to play the same movie a few hours later and to stopped working. It would not read the disc at all. Very disappointed in this product.

Wouldn’t even power up. Read they guys review who spent $500 trying to get these to work he is right. Save your money and buy from someone who is accountable for their product.

It came on time, packaging was good nothing got damaged. Its built quality is good and looks sturdy. Easy to slide, cables were long enough for me and sound quality is good. I would recommend this to anyone.
