1/4"-20 x 2' Plain Nylon 6/6 Threaded Rod

This 2 foot piece of threaded rod was intended to be cut into four 6" lengths for a few projects. It was shipped in a box approximately 6 x 10 x 12 inches. The packer bent the rod to fit it into the box!!!! It should have been shipped in a mailing tube!!! The picture above is what I have after trying to coax it to somewhat straight for a week using blocks of wood carefully clamped to my work bench. I'll be able to salvage a 6" piece from each end but the bent area in the middle will most likely end up in the trash... Sad....

After ~10 mins trying to unbend due to being shipped in a box too small to fit it. Still bent, overpriced for what it is.
