Hello Toa! I get a monthly massage from my therapist and one of my favorite parts is the bolster she uses under my knees and under my ankles. It relieves so much back and hip pain while I'm on the table, so I decided to get one for myself to use at home. AMAZING!!!!I'm so glad I bought this....I have a very physical job managing and working in a distribution center and I'm no spring chicken in my late 50's!
