Excellent material, really comfi
Bought this because I had an injured tendon on my left hand. I couldn't stretch it back far (like when you are doing squats - with bad form that is) Doctor said it would be good because I will 'get more feedback' while lifting weights. Whereas before I would only feel my tendon once my hand was too stretched and it started hurting, now it feels as though it get a warning my tendon reaches that point. Very useful to not injure myself further.The drawback is that my hand is not very mobile while wearing the gloves right. I can lift wieghts and do all gym stuff fine, but it's hard to use your phone or blow your nose or something. So you can only really wear them just before you start your work out. Not a big deal obviously, but worth mentioning.

What padding?
They are good but don't be fooled by the padded part. Bit of rubbish there. Doesn't do anything. Better just say no padding
