Break them in over a few days
So I work 12 hour shifts. 5am - 5pm. I walk anywhere from 4miles to 6miles in that period of time. So I wore these shoes for the second or third time at work and my feet felt like they were beat and swollen. So just be cautious but I’ve been wearing them maybe a month or two and they’ve help up well. Definitely recommend.

Run Large
These definitely run big! I sized down from my normal size. Super roomy in the toe bed and slip resistant !

After 1 month
I've always wondered about these shoes, well this brand, and I'm happy I decided to try them and sad I waited so long. The 1st day or 2, I wasn't so sure they'd be good for wearing at work but I'm a fan. These are by far the most comfortable shoes I have EVER had. and I've tried a lot. Do yourself a favor and don't wait a minute longer. I wear an 8.5 - 9US and I purchased a 40UK. They are a little roomy but I added a knotch in the back strap and they fit fine.1 month later. I've worn these a couple times a week since I got them last month and the top strap has broken loose from the shoe. I am not rough on my shoes and I don't wear them everyday, maybe twice a week, there is no reason they should break especially for the cost. They still are the most comfortable shoe I've had but I am so disappointed and will not purchase again. 😔I tried to get a replacement instead of sending me to the seller I was redirected to the manufacturer's #. I called the manufacturer & was told that this seller is not an authorized seller so they could not help me. BEWARE

Commercial kitchen use. Pain, Lifetime, upkeep and price
This was my second pair (Pictures of both are posted). Used for work in a commercial kitchen. Typically 5 day's, 10 hour shifts. Worked in Kitchens for over 10 years used a lot of different shoes, These are probably the best all-around.Breaking in the first pair was fairly painful. Switched out shoes the first couple of days, feet were accustomed to Vans and Chuck Taylor style shoes: flat bottomed. After they were broken in the comfort was great: feet and legs are never a bother. Took about 2 weeks for the first, 3 days before I wore them the entire shift. The second pair broke in with substantially less discomfort than the first. Maybe a week with minor discomfort. I wore the for full shifts immediatelyMy biggest thing was how long they would hold up. They lasted about 6 months (1st pair I got July 12th 2019, the second I got February 6th 2020). Which was a lot longer than almost anything I've had before. Held the cork on with Duct tape for a month. The only work shoe that lasted longer were the croc style slip-ons. When the Birkenstocks started breaking the cork part became detached, maybe you could glue it back on but shoe glue hasn't ever worked well for me. We have issues with pooling water in some areas of the kitchen, so that may have contributed. I only used them for work. Considering other work shoes I've bought have only lasted around 3 months and most look like crap after 1. These stack up better than almost everything in terms of lifetime. The newer pair is in great shape structurally but they've been sidelined for almost 2 months because of this Covid issue... And now I'm writing Amazon reviews. ..Anyway.Cleaning the leather and keeping these professional looking only takes a few wipes. I used the Armor All leather wipes.Something to look out for, I bought my first pair for $150 and the second for $105. So maybe shop around a bit.So overall, great shoe in terms of comparison to everything else I've tried. Durable, stylish, professional, fairly priced at $105 and solid support. I want to try the the new Vans line of work shoes: "Made for the Makers". I have my doubts about those but I'd like to test um out. These will be the goto if the Vans don't work out. I'm starting to think that expecting shoes to last for years in a kitchen is a stretch.O and they don't slip around and you don't slip out of them

Took a L.O.N.G. time to get.
I like the shoes they do prevent slippage, though in a busy kitchen, they don’t completely eliminate it. They are far better than the non-breatheable plastic/silicone type shoes. However the shipment took a very long time to get here, delayed past the estimated time. Over a month. I just wore them and I have to say, my legs were a bit more fatigued than my other shoes which are a bit more cushioned. I feel that the grey non-slip sole is thinner than a regular birkenstock sole. I love birkenstocks in general and will try to break these in a bit before wearing them for an 8 hour shift again. I just think the cork needs to conform to my foot a bit more. I do like the back strap as it secures the shoe and is adjustable as is the width strap.

Good for healthcare workers
I went back and forth on buying these shoes for MONTHS because of the price and knowing I would only be wearing them in the hospital. their worth the money, easy to wipe off after shift, enough comfort and support without feeling constricted. Recommend from a nurses on her feet for 12 hours.

as a bunion sufferer ...
I have flat feet and bunions. So getting any pair of shoes online is a gamble. I ordered these in the hopes that the arch support would be there and the toe box large enough. Also since they are not the plastic clog type I could stretch them out if need be.After a week in these shoes they definitely do not have the same arch support that my birk sandals do which was very disappointing. There is some support, but noticeably less. The tow box was roomy enough for one foot but did end up hurting my other foot (thanks bunions ) so I stretched them both out. They did stretch a bit and am currently stretching them again for more comfort. I really wanted these to work but those 2 things are also just specific to my feet. They are non slip. They look great.Feels like the regular footbed, except like I said less pronounced arch.

Best hospital shoes
Great for working in the hospital. The non-slip is really nice, and the leather is very easy to clean with wipes. Very breathable compared to other leather non-slip shoes, fit well with socks, and are quite adjustable. The only complaint is if you have skinnier ankles/feet you may need to punch an additional hole or two in the backstrap. My heel fits as expected in the heel box but sometimes when I walk my heel would slip up on the top of the strap so I just added another hole to make it fit a bit better.

Best for chefs
Well made, comfortable. Used birkentock clogs for years. Had a pair with the open back previously and decided to go for these with the back strap this time. Much better. Tried a pair to slipbuster i bought for 25£ trying to save some money but they were just dreadful.

Good shoe. Hard to break in
Amazing !! Just be aware when ordering from Canada there’s unexpected duty fees of 60 dollars. They are quite painful to break in but well worth it.

Good quality
The quality is good. I wear the shoes for my working. Why I don’t give five stars? When I received them, looked many people tried before. The box was completely broken too.
