Great headphones
I went for these on a magazine recommendation and because I've liked the Creative brand since the .mp3 players. These are definitely over-ear, even with my elephant lobes. They fit well - if I press down on them I can feel the air-pressure in my ears - and the padding is the right balance between firm and comfortable. This really helps reduce sound leak. They're the most comfy and secure headphones I've owned, bar none.Sound quality is clear and balanced. The bass is solid without being overpowering, but real bass-lovers may want something more meaty. My only complaint with the sound is that for whatever reason, phonecalls aren't as clear as with my other headphones. I've no idea why this is. For music playback, these are brilliant.Power consumption seems good. I can get about 8 - 10 hours between charges and charging doesn't take long at all, just an hour seems to do.

Extremely low product quality and horrendou ssupport
I remember when I was young and Creative used to be a good brand, you always expected something premium. Well, not anymore i guess. My product broke down the same down like you can see on other users pictures - It literally fell from my head while I was on video call. It didn't even last 2 years and the only support I could get from creative was "Unfortunately our warranty policy does not apply to the products with the physical damage.". Well, I didn't break it by myself. What sort of product quality is this if your product is not able to endure 2 years of light usage? I never had any headphones in my life which would break this way.I bought this for 44 GBP which is HUGE amount of money for plastique headphones which cannot endure 2 years. I bought it over other cheap companies because it was Creative, and I was expecting something better for 44 GB. I literally decided to pay extra for decent product. It was huge disappointment for me when I received the product for the first time, but my son liked it and that was the only reason I didn't return it. Now I know I should have done that because product looked like 15-20GBP products form china.Check other reviews - You can find more photos with exactly the same issue. Someone who designed it should be fired. I have lost 44 GBP and I received no support although product broke down because of poor design and quality, not because of user's fault. It's obvious why you cannot buy this product anymore.I will never come closer than 2 meters to Creative products.

Great budget headphones
I have had these headphones for a couple of months now. I originally purchased them when I was trying to decide between a couple of other sets (some cheaper ones from aliexpress etc.) and I have not been disappointed with my choice. The sound quality is excellent, bass is good (tested with bass boosted videos from youtube), some cheaper headsets can sound a bit muddy at high volume but not with the Creatives. There is a little sound leakage at high volume but I have had no complaints from my colleagues. I mainly use them with my work PC for music and I route my calls through to them also. When on a call people have said that the microphone is good and I can be heard clearly.I have had no issues connecting to multiple devices, such as my Galaxy S9. The battery life is great, I usually charge them at night and I haven't had them die on me whilst in use yet.The cups are comfortable for long use but they can make your ears a little warm.I rarely write Amazon reviews but I couldn't find many, especially from UK users on Amazon or Youtube, so I thought I would make an exception. I hope this helps someone.

Expected quality from Creative
We all have some brands from our childhood (if you're from 80s at least - or you probably get stuck with Bose), and Creative is one of them for me. My sound cards on my gaming PCs were all Creative branded and it's been a brand I associated with audio hardwares , so I find them reliable and professional.I bought a Benton bluetooth headphone before having this, it's one of the most commented and liked headphones on Amazon so I went for it. Then it snapped into two on top, gone...That was a lesson and reminder to me to back to a reliable brand for things you'd like to use for a long time. To me, Creative is a better brand for audio gadgets than any Bose or some other fancy brands out there. This headphone is cheaper than others and sound quality is just beautiful. Easy controls, sturdy built, comfortable top and no you can't break it into to that easily.go for it...

Great sound
Sound is great on these headphones. Get a good sense of space and 3dimensional sound, depth etc. A common problem for me is that the insides of headphones touch my ears and can become uncomfortable after long use. Would like thicker foam to prevent this on these. For the price, I don't think you can go wrong with these. Creative Outlier are underrated, which keeps the price low! so don't tell everyone!

Control Buttons and Mircophone!! :( :( :(
Everyone knows the pros of this product: the design is smart and classic. Sound quality is good. Bass is what it needs to be. Really comfortable on the ears. And it's from a well-known brand. So far thank you CREATIVE.BUT BUT BUT :( :( :(What really annoyed me and disappointed me (I just want to shout this as loud as possible, im angry) is that there is no way to know that the control buttons and the microphone only work on bluetooth mode. connect your headphones to your phone via the cord and they are useless. You can't take or make calls, you can't go to next track or pause music.I feel cheated.

Great head phones for the price
really decent from a decent brand. only down side is there no indicator of battery on my phones it says on Bluetooth section battery 70% ,60% etc ... but on my computer there is non which can prove annoying if you can't remember how much you have used them since the last charge. other creative head phones i have owned had the option to press play button 2x quickly and get a voice saying battery about 25% etc but these dont which is a shame to see it go.also i use them with creative ef0501 (bt-w2) which does not pick up the mic ... normal bluetooth dongle does and phone does but just a fyi
