Today is Art Day, Art History Heroes Collection Figurine, Rene Magritte

Today is Art Day figures are well made. I purchased the Magritte and the Dali figurines. If you look closely all the faces are the same, just different costumes, mustaches, etc. I love Magritte's removal bowler hat and apple. I wish they would have included the Time Transfixed painting. I also think the company could make the easel in plastic rather than heavy paper. These are expensive, otherwise I would purchase more of them. A nice gift for art lovers.

I love the style and references on this little dude, if you're a fan of the artist and figures, it's absolutely worth your money. I had a little trouble getting the apple in his had and his foot in the peg on the stand, and I do wish the paintings and easel popped out instead of having to be cut with scissors, but other than that, definitely recommend for fans of this surrealist icon.

Just what I was looking for as a fun Christmas gift for a friend who is an artist.

Bought for my brother loved the removable parts and the Apple smelled like apple. I liked that the man was a character, kind of like a bobble head rather than an exact match to the artwork. It is hard to find something different for my brother every year and I know he wasn’t expecting that, wish I had been with him when he opened it.

This was a gift for my wife. She LOVED it. The whole collection of artists. I bought them all to show off in her art classroom and she will use them to put a "face" to the work.

Loved everything about it, from the comical box to the figure inside. The apple, the pipe and the bare foot added just the right touch of surrealism. Magritte would have been amused.

This is the perfect gift for a true art lover. Displays well on desk.
