As someone who has had nine back surgeries as well as being in need of a knee replacement, I struggled when I first started working remote with the way my legs hung and settled on the floor when in my office chair. Initially, I tried to use like a step stool to try to fix the problem, but I ended up searching Amazon for a better solution. When I saw this, I thought, "what do I have to lose?" I ordered it, figuring it'd give it a shot. I have never been happier. This thing is amazing. It is soft, yet sturdy. And although it doesn't slip about when I don't want it to, I am able to move it around with my feet as needed, depending on how I need to adjust in my chair. I couldn't be more pleased with this product, and I plan on ordering it again if the need arises. It is super durable, takes a beating from my feet. I'm not sure what it's made out of, but it feels soft enough to be foam. However, it doesn't lose its shape at all, so I don't know why it works, but it does. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is searching for a solution like I was.

This is helping enormously with the leg pain I was feeling at my desk. The height is great and it is very comfortable. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because it doesn't stay in place very well. There are grippers on the bottom but they don't work on my hardwood floors. I am able to put my weight on it to keep it in place but would be better if it didn't easily slide

I received this foot rest a few days ago; I ordered it primarily to help with some pain I have been feeling in one of my knees recently, and it has already seemed to have made a positive difference in lessening the pain. Furthermore, the cushion's combination of velvet covering and foam material feels, to bare skin or with socks, extremely soothing and soft to the touch. Plus the ability to rock back and forth is good exercise; they say that people who fidget, which includes tapping and rocking the feet, lose more weight.I would encourage the company to possibly think about adding pillows for sleeping (side sleeper, on their backs, etc.) to their product line. In the past I have bought a foam pillow from a department store for side sleepers; the foamy material felt great, but it had a terrible smell which didn't go away after a week or more, so I returned it. This foot rest hasn't that smell, so if you could come up with as comfortable a pillow for sleeping without the smell as you have with this foot rest, I'd think you might have a new fine product line. I built a new desk that was higher so I needed a foot rest to keep myself grounded. This is my favorite desk accessory. It is so comfortable. My feet just relax when I put them on this after a long day. The grip sticks pretty well on carpet. I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a footrest.

This is a really nice product. The problem stems from my desk, not the footrest. The keyboard tray is too low so I can't rest my feet very comfortably. The solution is I'm off to look for a desk stand and tray so I can remove the attached tray and thus use the footrest the way it was intended.I tried it both way, curve up and flat side up. Very nice both ways. The curved side is covered with a velour type fabric and since I sit at my desk barefoot it's perfect! The flat side has tiny nubby things on it. Good for a light foot massage.All in all this was well worth the money and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.Oh and btw, it has cured me of a very bad habit. Resting my feet under my chair or, worse yet, tucking a foot around one of the base arms.

So this is my 3rd purchase of this exact model, it is much much stiffer than what it was 3 years ago. Still good material just really stiff

My husband actually made fun of me for buying this item because of the cost. He took those words back after he used it. It’s very comfortable and makes sitting at the computer for hours while working, much easier on my back. I am short, and hate having to strain to reach the floor. If I lower my chair then my keyboard and computer are out of alignment for me. I’ve yet to find a chair that helps me, so I bought this instead. It’s worth every penny. My husband is insanely tall, so he didn’t understand my short people issue with the chairs. But one night he sat at my work computer and used the foot rest. Even for him, it helped align his body so he was actually comfortable. It’s a great purchase and one of the best I’ve made for my home office.
