I give 5 stars despite the drain tube cover not staying on, ever. Because it is stored up, it doesn't leak, whew. That said, I fill it in the tub with warm water, the low setting/voltage is plenty warm. The heater works VERY well, you can feel it up by your toes.The massagers are strong and effective, feels great! The center 'scraper' doesn't do anything because you can't effectively reach it and it has no exfoliation ability anyway-useless.The bubbles are pretty darn good. There is no waterfall, didn't expect one though. I am a womens size 10, works great to work different areas of the soles, hubby is a 12, not much room to do that, kinda stuck in one position.I use Dead Sea salts in it, really pleased. If there is a model like this without the remote and it's cheaper? Get it, the remote works but is seriously worthless, just bend over.The 'Dust lid' is wonky and clumsy, but fine; the handle is great and the unit is nice and deep to affect your lower ankles, which I currently need.It does what it says basically even with the shortcomings of the 'exfoliator' and the loose drain cap; I am happy with it.

Great product! I had one foot both before this one, which I don’t use so often because it did not keep the water warm. This foot bath is made very well.It keeps the water a nice warm temperature for as long as you want it to be.The functions are straightforward and easy to understand. And this foot bath has a pipe which made it easier to drain.The foot rollers also make this product easy to move to the place you wanted.This is one of my favorite ways to relax! There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this product.I have used it several times, and it greatly helps to ease my foot highly recommend .

I have radiculopathy from a herniated L4. That means I have nerve damage in my feet. My feet can't take a lot of walking before they wear out and hurt for days. The shiatsu massage in this unit is so soothing on my tired feet. So is the heat and bubbles. A word of warning, though -- the water temperature in this spa gets hot! I turn it completely off after the water gets to temperature. For me, the massage makes this foot spa worth the money. If I just wanted to soak my feet then I'd buy a less expensive unit.

Please don't waste your money on this foot spa. It is too tall so you have to be sitting in the right height chair so the back of your calves are not leaning on it, which hurts after a while and basically you just can't get comfortable. Its a very awkward foot bath to get comfortable. Then it makes this annoying beeping noise that I thought would stop once it reached its heat, so you're sitting their trying to relax while hearing this annoying sound. Then there's how heavy this thing is even if it comes with wheels, its still heavy unless your home has all tile or wood floors then the wheels will help you guide it to where you need it. All in all what a waste of $130 😵.

This foot spa works great for my entire family.Just got it and used it the same evening. Great quality and it works great.Very relaxing. Works exactly as expected, and cleans up nicely.I used epsom salt in it, and even some essential oils; it was so relaxing, and the heater worked GREAT.The construction is nice, and it is plenty roomy. The 4 Large Tai Ji Rollers. in the bottom are so comfortable!The water get hot soon and stay hot, with the auto-off timer, you don't have to worry about overuse, really enjoy it. Fantastic foot spa!We enjoy it. I am sleeping better.

My foot bath arrived without a remote so I cannot review anything about that. I can tell you that while Amazon customer service reps tried to resolve the issue, ultimately they asked me to send the foot bath back for a refund because the worthless company (Binxen) they are in business with would not accept any responsibility for missing parts and just mail me a remote. Beyond all of that, I did get to try the foot bath and several things that are noteworthy are1) the exfoliators for scraping the sides of the feet are completely useless...you can't even position your foot in any direction for them to do anything at all.2)The bubbles are for show only and do nothing to make you feel relaxed or reguvinated.3) the massagers are wonderful! They actually perform well and you can turn your feet on the sides and get the edges of your feet too.4) the heater works good...almost too good! Make sure you get it on the temp you want, I accidentally turned it all the way up and wow! Roast you right out of the water....The medicine box, a joke...pops off and floats around the spa more than it stays on.5) size...I saw someone post that a man with size 17 feet can fit in this foot bath...,absolutely no way! I am a female size 10 and when I roll my foot front to back I don't have much wiggle room... and inch or so....mans size 12 or 13 TOPS!I did have something interesting happen after I used it (only used once)... that night I went to bed and stretched and my lower back popped on both sides where the sciatic nerve is, the next morning I had zero back pain where normally it would take me a minute to get moving due to sciatic nerve pain...I have been trying to get my back to pop like that in those areas for about 5 years! Because of this, I would have kept this thing despite no remote if I wasn't putting money into a companys pocket that doesn't stand behind their business... missing parts should be addressed not just ignored, could have been simply resolved by sending me a remote in the mail or offered a partial refund but instead they chose to just inconvenience me by having me send it back.

No adjustment for the massager. Not enough bubbles. For the price this is not what I expected. The water stays warm. That’s about all I can say. When sitting in my favorite chair the back of the bucket is uncomfortable for the back of my legs.
