Comfortable and affordable
I should've bought one of these years ago but never did because I thought they were pricey/ineffective. It took a few days to adjust but it fits quite well now. I would recommend to start out by wearing it for just a few minutes during day time so your jaw can adjust...after about 2 uses, my mouth and jaw felt comfortable enough for full-time use during the night.

Great Buy
My boyfriend is now on his third snoring mouth piece. This has been the best I've found online so far. He hasn't complained about tooth soreness in the morning and I'm finally getting a break from his snoring. All in all, I'd say it's been an effective snoring solution for us.

Definitely worth the money
Unfortunately, I've had snoring issues for decades along with teeth grinding. I'm happy it has helped with both cases so far and will update over time but it has worked as advertised so far
