High end, reliable and consistent.
This is a high end Professional Range. I bought to replace my Kitchen Aid Professional Range when the part that went out was discontinued. Glad I found the Fulgor Milano. Everything works like a dream and as described. After one year of moderate use I've had no issues. It is well worth the money and half the price it would have been to replace my Kitchen Aid Professional Range, which in my opinion is inferior to the Fulgor Milano.

Known issue - do not buy
There are three versions of this product. Check the last 3 digits of the product number. The S1 and S2 both have a design flaw that prevent the oven from lighting. It will work for a few months, then just stop working. Replacing the defective part failed to fix the problem long term. The S3 is supposed to be a different technology that fixes the problem.

Unsealed Oven Door - Condensation (drip marks) between glass door
Condensation (drip marks) goes between the oven glass and you are unable to clean it your self. I had to call a technician to take the door apart to get to it in order to wipe up the drips marks. The drip marks are ugly. Also if you want to cook a prime rib using the sensor probe, you can not set the probe lower than 135 degrees (super well done for a prime rib). Otherwise, everything else I'm happy with.

Awesome range
Stove is great, delivery was a nightmare as even though I paid for in home delivery they only dropped it off at the street

Stove top is great but the oven is crap.
The Fulgor Milano Sophia looks great and the gas burners are amazing. The oven, however, has been nothing but trouble. The oven is apparently controlled by a circuit board which is housed in the the range. Within the first six months, the circuit board went out and we had to have it replaced. Thank goodness it was still under warranty, because the repair cost was around 1,500 dollars. Fast forward another year and the circuit board went out again!!! This time, if I have it repaired again, I will have to pony up the entire cost of the repair. Upon looking at other reviews this is not an isolated issue. Buyer beware!

All around great stove
First, let me say that I have waited nearly a year before reviewing this stove so that I could offer up a solid review. The verdict? I absolutely love it! As someone who loves to cook, this stove (and oven) get used ALOT. The burners are fantastic. They cook evenly and the low simmer option works well and is so useful. Although the number of settings on the oven can be overwhelming, it cooks evenly on all settings (broils beautifully). One of the HUGE benefits of this stove is that it is SO EASY TO CLEAN! Not only is the non stick top pure heaven but the burners come apart so that they can be easily cleaned as well. I do hope this review is helpful to those searching for a stove that can withstand regular use while maintaining its appearance. In my experience, I have owned other high end more expensive brands and had issues with the burners in the first six months (that continued the life of the stove) and never could seem to get the cooktop clean. The other brand was a headache from the start but the Fulgor Milano has been magnificent in every way.

Do Not Buy Fulgor Milano
There are too many other beautiful trusted brands for you to spend your money on. We have only had ours since June 2021. The oven igniter has been broken 3 times rendering the oven unusable. The service network has an inadequate number of technicians, and we are now awaiting our 4th visit and you have to track them down to get a response. According to YouTube this issue is recurring for this brand. For such an expensive oven that does not even self clean or come with a timer. I say run far, run fast.
