I LOVED Atomic Floyd. The quality, the look and the feel are incredible. But when the second headset breaks in just 12 months it’s really heartbreaking.The left earpiece broke after one year. So I’ve been playing music in just one. 18 months later and entire thing completely dead. Keep in mind this is my second pair...When you contact their support directly on the website there is no reply. Must be easier to ignore loyal customers.I really thought I found the best company for headphones, but unfortunately it looks like it’s just not meant to be.

Worked brilliantly for two years, then left ear began to stutter. Hubby gave it a good clean and both worked well enough for a month or so. Then the left earbud stopped working altogether. Kept using it as right earbud worked fine. Until now. So much money on not so “excellent quality”. Very disappointed.

Originally bought in 2014 after an amazing sales pitch at the airport. Nice clear sound. Nice sturdy feel to the earphones. The wire is non-tangle. Really clear music although not strong with bass. Although I bought with mic I never used it because the quality was really poor. Persons on the other end complained they could never hear me.Lasted about 2 years and then one of the earphones stopped working. Thought 2 years was a decent lifespan. Got in touch with Atomic Floyd customer services about the repair and they offered me a brand new pair under warranty. What a result!!Sent the old ones back along with proof of purchase and received my new pair.Same amazing sound quality (again would prefer more bass) but the mic was now working perfectly. So annoyed with myself that I never queried faulty mic of the first pair (!!).Anyhow, fast fwd another 2 years and again one of the earphones stopped working.Got back In touch with Atomic Floyd customer services. Email exchange was painfully slow (lasted 3 weeks). Best they could do was offer a 40% discount on the £170+ RRP so all in just over £100 for a new pair.Considering the slow email response, mediocre bass quality and obvious 2 year shelf life of these buds I defo wouldn't spend £100+ on these again.Although the sound clarity was clear and if you like flattish bass and slow customer support, I just don't have the confidence to recommend these to anyone as a premium £100+ brand of earbuds.

These feel well built, with a solid metal construction and decent-feeling cable.Sound-wise they're pretty impressive - clear, with enough bass (as long as you've picked the right rubber tips and seated then in your ear properly - like all earphones of this type, decent bass production requires a good seal with your ear canal, otherwise the sound will be a bit of a disappointment.I did find they had a bit of a tendency to slip out of my ears if I wore them whilst active - they weren't a good set for wearing at the gym, say. Swapping to a different-sized pair of the rubber tips supplied helped somewhat with that, though.There's an inline mic (so you can use these as a headset for your phone for hands-free calls) complete with volume/playback controls.They come complete with a rubber pouch thing which feels decidedly budget to me - for the price tag, I'd expect something a little better, like the leather-effect clip-shut case supplied with my favourite Creative Aurvana Air earphones. They also include a 2-pin airline connector for use on planes.

Do not buy Atomic Floyd!! I am waiting for my 3rd yes third pair of super darts on warranty. I have now been waiting 62 days to have them replaced under warranty.Their Support is absolute rubbish & keep replying 'we have a back log WTF!!!!'But I can buy a pair from their website & have them delivered in 48hrs
