First, when I received the product, the shampoo was open and had leaked all over the inside of the envelope it was sent in, after I got the mess cleaned up, by the way the smell is very pleasant, I used it, I love the way it made my hair feel and smelled I love that it is sulfate free.

I have bleached & dyed 2AB 32" hair. I have iron pipes from 1910-ish, no water softener, no filter on my showerhead.More than half the shampoo was splooged out in the box it came in! I only ended up getting about 2oz or so from the bottle. There was no air packing with these at all.With my hair type/water this can't be used everytime I bathe. It'd cause my scalp to dry out because of all the cones and whatnot in it. I think it's probably going to take me a year to go through it.

I was expecting a more natural product, but this shampoo and conditioner makes my scalp itch,I have more bumps and acne on my scalp. And this contains blue dye!! Who wants blue dye in their hair products?? And it smells way too sweet, like cotton candy. Definitely not a natural alternative to regular shampoo.

I originally found this on amazon and bought this for my mom to use since her hair is very soft and thin which also happens to fall out lately. She loves it and ended up buying a set for myself. The smell of the shampoo smells like heaven, literally that Everyone has been complimenting me about it.

The conditioner is better than the shampoo but both are just okay. The shampoo is as thin as water. They don’t really do much, if anything to improve my hair. You get plenty for the money but if it’s not that good, it’s not a great value. I won’t reorder.

I just recieved this shampoo and conditioner today as soon as it came I used it and eventhough its my first time using it I can honestly say I feel my hair much more healthy and soft I love the smell of it it came pretty quick no spills or anything so I'm thankful for that. who knows if this shampoo works miracles to help keep my hair from getting oily then I'll definitely keep restocking ! 🌹💓

I really like this shampoo. My hair is really thin and delicate so I’m very picky to choose which shampoo I use. I heard about this brand from a friend who also really likes this shampoo and it has been doing wonders for my hair. Smells great too. Would purchase again.

So I have mixed reviews on this... The shampoo, no matter how much I shake the bottle, was as watery as a glass of iced tea! However, I completely loved the conditioner! So a mixed review, depends on what's important to you.
