I’ve been struggling to find the right feel with my trail wrist for a long time now. I fight a severe out to in path, corrected so many other things (elbow, hip turn, shoulder turn, stance, grip…) tried countless drills, other aids, feels, lessons, etc…with only limited or short lived results.9 times out of 10, the root cause is my hands, specifically the angle of my trail wrist. It’s one of those things I feel like I can only get right 1/8 of the time on my own (or with other training methods). it makes it impossible to groove long term and has had me really discouraged.Took a chance on this thing, and it’s basically a miracle. Immediately, my swing path shallowed out from a horrendous -11 to -9 degrees, to within -4 degrees (all verified with my launch monitor). After about 25 half swings with it, I was nearing zero and actually had a few above +1 degree and drawing! I was successfully able to keep the feeling without it too. I’m nowhere near fixed, but I had my unassisted full swing path within -5 deg in that session, something I had struggled to do for weeks. It’s knocked my sidespin down considerably, brought back my normal 5 yd fade, upped smash factor, improved AoA, and added back on an easy 10 yards carry to my irons. I had been haunted by these numbers for WEEKS until I tried this thing.Regarding the product itself, it’s easy to use and COMFORTABLE - that was huge for me. It’s not awkward at all to swing with, and I love that you can adjust the angle of the ball to find your sweet spot. Similar tools force you into one position or just feel weird. I was able to take full swings with this pretty much immediately.If you understand the concept of wrist angles and how it’s affecting YOUR swing, this is a godsend! Won’t be magic, but it’s damn close.

It really doesn't do anything. Waste of money. I'd check out the wrist trainers that have a "snap" when the wrist is in the correct position.

Item is cheaply made. Strap should be longer. However, it stopped me from flipping thru impact. So it works regardless of the price.

I bought this product to correct a bad habit I had of collapsing my wrists at the top of the swing (i.e., flopping the club at the top, allowing it to drop below parallel). My problem had always been that I couldn't feel when I was doing it.With this product, I can now feel the proper hand position at the top of the swing. The foam ball makes contact with the back of my hand at the top, giving me immediate feedback that my hands are in the proper position. I've been hitting balls at the range using the device thereby ingraining this feeling of the proper hand position. On the course, my ball striking has improved significantly. I no longer spray the ball with my driver (the result of an inconsistent swing path due to the flopping of the club). I am much more consistent, hitting many more fairways. Additionally, my mis-hits aren't as disastrous as they once were, giving me a good chance of a recovery shot.I'm currently a 13 handicapper, but believe that this season, I will finally reach single digits thanks to this product.

The design is interesting in trying to help the golfer keep their wrist in extension through impact; however, if fails to achieve it's intended results because the band turns on the wrist and the ball never stays in place. I give this product a poor design review. Another gimmick that doesn't work.

Comes with an unnecessarily small strap. Almost impossible to place on forearm which was my primary purpose. Decent idea but not a very thoughtful execution.

Proper hand positions through the swing are critical for playing great golf. This device has really improved my contact and consistency- straight, solid shots. Supinated trail wrist, bowed lead wrist through contact. I thought my hands were pretty good but this has really sharpened them. I have a lot of training aids, some better than others. I consider this one of the best. Make sure you use it on both wrists.

For such a simple device it is too expensive. A little hard to put on. With that said...yes you have tactile feedback on keeping your right (for right handers) wrist flexed back.
