No real complaints other than the poles that support the mattress are a pain to get into the slots. Would definitely recommend having a second person to help with assembly

I got this for my daughter to allow her to elevate the bed.The assembly wasn't too difficult, if you've ever done any furniture or any sort ikea it's very similar.Nothing came broken and it also includes extra hardware just in case.Once assembled, the frame was very sturdy and everything fits without issue.I particularly like the stairs and how they have the closet hidden.Perfect addition to her room.

I bought this for me a 6,2 260 pound man and honestly it's pretty dope holds up pretty well and I fit pretty well under the bed I just have my computer chair out from under the bed so I can just slide on in lol.Now the big complaint here is some of the bars I got were not measured properly and would not fit.So yeah it's a great buy just be ready to struggle a bit with awful instructions lol

Very impressed with the quality of this bed! My husband and I put this together in about 3 hours and had no issues. The directions were extremely clear and everything is so well labeled. This bed is for my 11 year old son and he absolutely loves it!!

My wife built this BY HERSELF while I was at work. It took her 3h30m and she said it was a fun project. She is easily frustrated and said it was time consuming but a breeze so I'm not sure what all the fuss is about with all of these crazy reviews. The instructions are clear and easy to follow of you pay attention to the pictures. It's pretty sturdy for a metal frame and looks amazing in our son's room.It's definitely more expensive than we would have hoped for but it has everything we were looking for.

This was a pain to put together. Also, parts were missing or bent. We ended up with a refund. Customer service through Amazon was excellent.

Impossible to put together. You have to line up 22 poles at thr same time both sides and they keep falling out when your almost done. Spent 2 hours and I give up!!!! Closest I can get but no cigar!!!

Took 6 hours to put together with spouse, although it wasn’t impossible, be prepared to have patience. Perfectly t to add space to my 9 year olds room, and he loves the ledge for his stuffies and books
