Is there any sodium in this product? The label says 0?

I'm glad I saw this question and I'm confused by the answers already provided. The picture of the nutrition label for this product clearly shows 950mg of sodium per serving - this seems extremely high to me. I'm glad I saw this before ordering.

Is the capsicum in this HOT pepper or regular pepper?

It is regular pepper . Not hot . Delicious!

Will this spoil without refrigeration after being opened?

I’m assume it will spoil after open if not refrigerated. The consistency is slightly runny, like syrup, at room temperature. Easily contaminated. On the container it says “store in cool place or refrigerate”. I choose fridge cuz my house is warm. But if you had a cool place and only scooped out of it once with a clean spoon when using, maybe you could get away with no fridge? Dunno. Good luck.
