Just about everything is more $$ but these are still a good fit for the cost. Unlike others, they fit the model #s listed. Many are too big and fall off when placed on charger or too small and rip when put on. Good product description and compatibility listing. Refreshing due diligence.

They fit, but only if you kept the plastic discs from inside the original plantronics earcups. they pop off with the earcups making you think it is all one part together, but you have to take the leatherette or foam part off and keep those discs to slide the replacements over.

What more to say. Replaces the junk foam ear cover and is very welcomed.
