On the sachets it says "do not remove bait from sachet". With other products I have always emptied grain into containers. Which is right?

I emptied the sachets into the red bait trays which you can buy for mouse/rat poison and this worked fine. Wear rubber gloves while you’re doing this to be on the safe side.

Where will the mice / mouse die ?

The mice will go back to the burrow to die.
