Product Had Issues but Service Was Extraordinary!
5 stars for Cocoweb; this was the second Sport Wireless Bluetooth ear buds. The first one lasted for about 8 months. ABSOLUTELY LOVED THEM. But started having issues with the battery failing. I had previously owned another similar product that developed the same symptoms. Cocoweb was fantastic and sent me an RMA for return promptly. I missed them so much I ordered a second set even though Cocoweb had committed to replacing the first set. Unfortunately, about a week into ownership of the second set, they began to demonstrate the same "low-battery" symptoms. When I called Cocoweb to follow up, the person whom responded was terrifically empathetic and couldn't have been more helpful. He made a decision to refund my money for the second set of ear buds AND asked what color I would like for the replacement set that he was still going to send me. He intimated that he agreed with the likelihood that the battery was the issue. Would definitely do business with Cocoweb again.

These are a great choice for sports / workouts
I have owned many different kinds of bluetooth earphones over the past 5 years. These are a great choice for sports / workouts. They have a great outdoor range. They won't fall out of your ears, and they are lightweight and comfortable to carry around. In general, the sound is great, and the microphone comes through pretty clearly on phone calls. The ability for multiple pairing makes it easy for me to use these for either my phone or laptop without having to reset the pairing on the device. However, there are a few drawbacks. There are only three buttons, and so each button must map to two or more functions. For example, the play-pause button is also the on/off button, and the Siri button. To use Siri, you need to press and hold for two seconds, then release. To power off/on the button would be pressed and held for 4 seconds. The play-pause would be a quick press and release. This can be tricky to time correctly for Siri users. For podcast and audiobook listeners, the track forward/back buttons are two second holds on the volume up/down buttons. If you want to quickly skip through commercials in podcasts (i.e. by multiple 30-second skips), this requires a two-second press per skip, which quickly adds up to a frustrating experience. I find myself using my phone to skip through commercials, which is often much faster and less frustrating. Finally, unlike other headphones I've owned, these don't seem to power down / sleep based on inactivity. I sometimes forget to turn my headphones off at night when I'm listening to audiobooks to fall asleep. When I wake up in the morning, the headphones are out of battery. Other headphones are more tolerant of this type of usage. However, the upshot of having no sleep mode is that the audio doesn't need to wake from sleep after a prolonged period of inactivity, which resulted in the beginning of some audio getting clipped in other models. After a week of using these, I'm not sure which power management mode I prefer, but I'm leaning towards always-on, since the battery life really does last all day even without a sleep mode.Overall, these are a solid pair of earphones for the casual user and sports enthusiast, but are somewhat less suited for heavy audiobook and podcast listeners.

delay in sound delivery
nice earbuds. Three stars because it has a lag time sound delivery. it is not as instant as a wire earbuds. I don't know if all Bluetooth earbuds have the lag time or not, but this one does. when I play a movie on my phone, I can see actors speaking, then after a second, I hear their voice. when I type on the keyboard, I click on a letter, then after a second, I hear the click sound. that's the lag time I'm talking about.

Can crackle and cut-out if your phone is in motion
I bought these to use with my HTC ONE M8. I wanted to replace the various wired earbuds with wireless - and took the gamble that paying for convenience would feel worth it. I've used these for a week and have mixed feelings. I tend to do a lot of walking and carry my phone in my back pocket. The wired earbuds tend to work loose from the jack - thus the motivation for the Bluetooth earbuds. However, these earbuds consistently "cut out" when I'm in motion. If the phone is stable they work fine. So standing at my desk or putting my phone in a shirt pocket gives me good results... but I typically don't have shirt pockets.I like them well enough to keep them... but I don't think I will gamble on another set of Bluetooth earbuds given the price and hassles of returning them should they have the same issue.

Better than the ones costing more
So Far so Good. All I was looking for is a pair of wireless headphones to use while working in the yard. I tried the higher priced Jlab epics and MEElectronics X7 and returned them both and just received these. The Sounddot are the only pair that hold connection when my phone is in my pants pocket. The more expensive ones go in and out. These are just what i wanted. Very Happy!!

Great sounds. Decent range.
Great sounds. Decent range. I liek the fact the controls arent on the ear buds themselves. These lasted me from March of 2015 to August of 2016. In August on ear bud began shorting out and eventually stopped working. Not sure why but keep that in mind when purchasing.

I love these ear buds
I love these ear buds!they feature great sound and they're really comfortable!it has a clip in the back to clip onto your shirt so that it doesn't move around.the magnet to connect the buds are also very clever and useful. When i'm not using them they just stick together and don't get lost.I highly recommend these to anyone who's looking for a pair of quality Bluetooth earphones.I did some research, and everywhere else they sell for $150! Only on Amazon do they sell for so cheap.I upgraded to these from the regular iPhone Ear-pods, And I do not regret them.As I said before, I highly recommend these.
