I'll split my review into 5 parts: First impressions, Packaging, Glassware, Silicon and overall.When i received the package, i was surprised by its weight (it has a good weight to it), the elegant simplicity of the packaging and i enjoyed reading the information on the side of the pack. I didn't know we went through that many coffe cups each year! I feel like it's made from recycled cardboard, another eco-bonus.The Glassware itself has a great shape to it, a really high wuality feel and is thick enough so that if you were to lose the sleeve or just grab the wrong part mug, you wouldn't be left with a burnt hand, merely a very warm one! I quite frankly have 0 idea of what borosilicate glass is, but I like it. The drink is kpet warm for a long period of time, which suprised me for a glass cup, as i thought it would cool down very quickly, but the glass and sleeve insulate the fluid well, useful when out and about!The silicon sleeve and Lid are a good fit, even a shake upside down, with a cup full of boiling Tea, could not pop the lid of. The sleeve is a snug fit, doesnt slip around easily, and has the logo clearly printed on one side. Once again, a well-fitted, quality prodcut that keeps the heat off the hand (although you can of course, still feel the heat with a brand new brew).Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase, it does the job i want it to, it looks blinking fantastic, its good for the environment and i'm supporting a local start-up. All round, a 5* product and Service.

The theory behind this product is good, but the design is flawed. The base was too wide to fit in my car cup holder and the heatproof silicone holder sleeve wasn't thick enough, so it was too hot to hold comfortably. The cover looked a bit poor quality and I was concerned about it affecting taste as it was also made of silicone. Ideally the lid should be a hard non porous material. Fix these issues then it would actually have been quite good.

I wanted a glass cup as the plastic ones distort the taste of coffee. This is glass but the lid is made of a rubbery gel like material and when sipping on to the hot coffee, you get the taste of rubber!

I have been using it less then 2 months and the lid has torn a bit. Definitely, it's overpriced and I wouldn't rebuy it at all. (It costs a lot because most probably it is trendy walking with such a cup in your hands and be green) but if you look around eg. visiting a blue-yellow coloured furniture warehouse for cups and looking for a similar lid on an Asian online website, sure you can buy it on half price. Anyway, I thought I got a quality product for such price. I am simply disappointed.

Nice size and completely reusable but hot and difficult to hold when drinks first made

I love my cup. It goes everywhere with me when I go out.. Good quality. But these cups always get a crack eventually after so many times used for hot drinks. So I would like to say could the company who makes these eco byo cups look at changing the glass they made with.. I've had 4 cups now. They only last about 2 month

As an older person it would be easier to hold with a handle but I bought these to take out and dont feel I can . Nothing wrong with them but not for me and my husband.

It’s simple and does the job but I think it could do with a better look (maybe different colour options).
