Easy to clean. Even heat. Things don't stick (with light greasing). And don't stain. I am going to replace all my pans with this brand/style.

I have received three different pans and all three were heavily damaged. For the price, these pans should not be damaged upon arrival. Nordic wear pans are normally fantastic, so I don't know what's going on here but it's ridiculous.

This pan is great bought it to replace a china made one that had Teflon peeling out.

Made a batch of Sticky buns in the pan and no complaints at all. They cooked evenly and came out of the pan easily. The only issue i have is that the pan is NOT 9x13, at best it's 9x12.

This pan will never dent, it’s solid. It’s the same construction as the other Nordic pieces I own and if I’m going to make a cake, I’m going to use a decent pan. This is that pan.

I love this pan. I have been using these for years. This is my second pan. The size is perfect and the no stick makes baking so much easier. Cakes, brownies, rice krispy treats and layered desserts comes right out of the pan and do not stick. Easy clean up. I always wash out by hand so the coating will last longer.

I was looking for a focaccia size baking tray. Glass does not work because no matter how much olive oil you put on it, the bread will stick. This is a bit costly but compared to other options for me it was worth the money.

Pan is nice no sticking except the coating started peeling after three uses.

I was so excited about this product because of the durability and even heat distribution. I unboxed it and as soon as I started washing it, I realised there is a huge brand embossed on the bottom of it that is going to transfer to my cake. Not impressed. I will have to save this exclusively for brownies, what a waste.
