MopAway Hands Free Dry Mop + Bucket - Burgundy

I read lots of reviews and there are lots of these on amazon and it seems some are cheaper knockoffs and some are better quality and it makes it hard to know which you are buying- ESP when reviewers are not careful about reviewing the exact product they bought and because amazon has no control over what a vendor lists as the same item. Anyway, I ordered from the item listing you are on now and it was fulfilled by amazon and I got what I wanted! It does not feel flimsy at all. I mopped ~700sf of unglazed ceramic tile using water and vinegar (some biokleen all purpose for the tough spots) and it was so easy! My floor was really gross too- two dogs, my bad back and nothing but occasional wet microfiber cloth type mopping make for a filthy floor and this did an amazing job. I always feel like mops spread around dirty water and leave little dust trails but this did not. It was the easiest time I have ever had mopping the floor! The hardest part was lifting the full bucket to empty it- it is large and kind of heavy when full but it is a totally worth it trade off for the ease of use the rest of the time. I think I changed the water 3 times in the 700sf area but if it had not been so filthy I would not have needed to change the water more than once I think. Now that mopping is easier I suspect I will not let it get so nasty again.The only real "trouble" I had was the mop head disconnecting from the pole 2-3x but it was easy to pop back in.I would prefer a light colored bucket so that you could see how dirty the water was but that is a minor thing.It came with one extra head and a sort of bonnet that can be used for dusting or maybe window washing- dont think I'll use that but never know... I was not expecting it so it's a nice bonus.

Since I just received this mop system, I am not able to write a review for the product until later. However, I realized a potential problem of replacing the mop head after the one that came included in the original purchase becomes necessary to replace. In the package, there is no information to order for the mop head replacement. I check the Amazon site where I purchase the mop system as well as other website search but I could not find anywhere that sells the replacement. This mop system can become useless at the point the mop head becomes old and needs to change.

I have recently adopted a shelter dog that was supposed to have been neutered and house trained. He was neither. Altho he is actually 10-13 years old, he still thinks he's a pup and has a wonderful, happy, playful disposition, runing around like a puppy. However, he does pee a lot in the house. This mop set up has been a big help to me because I am disabled and clean up has been made much easier with this mop and bucket. Hope it holds up. Seems light weight but that makes it easier for me to handle.

Works really well. The spinner gets the water out if the mop head leaving it perfect for mopping. The mop head gets in under the cabinets. It picks up a large quantity of liquid without starting over. Highly recommend. .Edit: Three months after purchaseThree months after buying this, the mop bucket no longer spins the mop head. The petal just drops directly to the floor when the petal is pressed. Worked great for three months, now it is useless. I would think with the amount of money that I paid, it would last a lot longer than three months.

Loving this mop. I used to lug around this heavy mop and have to wring it out in an equally combersom bucket. My back used to kill me after just a while of mopping. This mop is light and am loving the lightweight bucket and how easy it is to just step on the peddle and control how saturated you want the mop to be. Now I'm able to mop my floors more often and not worry about my back. Now I just have to find where to get more replacement mop heads.

I don't know what some of the other people's problems are, but I love this product!!!! I clean our church and it's a big job. I love this mop because it leaves the floors looking like they were polished. It's so light weight and easy to use. And I don't have that big heavy messy metal bucket on wheels that dribbles water all over. The pads are so easy to change too. I mop the bathrooms, switch mop heads and go onto the rest of the floors. take it home and drop it in the laundry and I have a clean new mop head for the next job. It's also so light weight and easy to carry around that I transport it back and forth from church to home with ease. I need to just buy another one for home.

It looks and feels cheap... like something I can get from Chinatown for 1/2 the price. But it is way cool and makes me want to mop the floor often. I really enjoy the spinning feature and it lets me control how much water the mop will have. I can make it ultra dry or still wet. The best part is I some times act like 5-year-old stepping on the pedal to make the mop spin as fast as it can go! (makes my wife so mad.)

I have really bad arthritis in my hands and wringing a mop out was torture. I even bought some of the so called twist mops and I ended up wringing them out to get the water out some more. When my sister showed me her spin mop I said, that is for me. I ordered it and now I look forward to mopping!!! You have to be careful not to "tip the bucket" because it is so much fun to wring out with your foot doing the work. GOOD WORK SPIN MOP INVENTORS!!
