It didn't come with the plastic rings to secure the fasteners.
It's impossible to put together because it didn't come with the second part of the fasteners.

Pack was opened upon receipt
I opened my box to find that one of the two double sides of the package was completely opened. After reviewing contents o found the letter “t” was missing from the pack. Also, some of the snap closures to put the letters together didn’t work. This also doesn’t not come with a string to hang the banner after snapping it together. I would give a 3 out of 5.Easy to assemble, letter haves good weight on them so it not easy to tear however I wasn’t able to use because all the letters I needed were in the pack and It wasn’t enough to cut another letter and create what I needed from the pack.

No fasteners!
I received the letters but there were no fasteners in the package. The description says it is supposed to come with 40 fasteners and I did not recurve any!

Great idea but missing letters
I can see from other reviews that many people have found that this set is missing fasteners etc. mine came with the fasteners but no letter K so I wasn’t able to use it for the purpose I bought it. Disappointed
