A good preworkout for pump and energy. I supplemented this with creative 30 mins before working out and the pump is VERY VERY noticeable in my opinion, but different levels of body fat on different people will show different ranges of pump. the container I had started clumping largely after one month but still mixed great

Let me tell you. This is straight up crack and I love it. So lyke I didn’t work out in a while and I took this to help out. And it works! I love it! But preferably mix it with water or whatevuh. Don’t snort it.

Great Pre-workout. Have tried many.....one of our favorites. If you do not take pre on a regular basis this may not be for you.

Going to buy it again good stuff

Time to find a new pre workout. I’ve used this one for the past year and a half and I loved it. Recommended it to all my friends. It seems the ingredients have changed because it does not taste the same and it definitely does not feel the same. Very disappointed I have to find another pre workout

Pictures and description are misleading - the version I received is a updated version that does not contain the same active ingredients as advertised. For example, it does not contain DMHA, aka J. Reg. extract. New version is not nearly as effective as old.

Awesome product, really effective and efficient, I got the watermelon flavour taste is good.
