Sugar Free Pancake Mix 8.50 Ounces (Case of 8)

Since I moved across country I haven't been able to get this in store. So I was happy when I found it by the case on Amazon. My husband loves pancakes but is insane when it comes to calories. So this mix lets him still have pancakes. We also make it with applesauce for the low fat version which is still delicious. They recently changed the amount of ingredients needed to make them but they still come out tasty.

I use this because I am on a low carb diet. This are glutten free and sugar free. I add some maltitol syrup for taste after they are prepared and they taste just like regular pancakes. They are really good.

I give a five star review for the supplier who has done a great job packing and shipping my orders, but I’m unhappy that the waffle company has changed their recipe.New Review:So disappointed!!! The "new and improved" recipe has added a lot more carbs. As a diabetic I loved the original recipe. Now the product has 3X the carbs!!! This is not new and improved to me. I guess the company did this to reduce fat, but I needed this product for the "sugar free" part. Unfortunately added artificial sugars are just chemicals that still contain carbs. I wish the company would have made a different product that was reduced fat and left this mix alone since it appears to be something diabetics turn to in order to be able to have pancakes and waffles. I guess I will be looking for a new pancake and waffle mix from a different company. Very disappointed by the "new and improved" claim. I hope the company realizes that a lot of diabetics use their product and return to the old recipe.Original Review:(5 stars) As a diabetic I love this product! It's the only waffle mix I have found that works ok for my blood sugar levels. I add a little bit of cinnamon and blueberries to mine when making waffles and that works great! Just add their sugar free syrup and it's perfect :)

Great product . Taste good for a sugar free...

This is a great product for individuals who don't want to or cannot use sugar. The taste is a little bland compared to other brands BUT this has no sugar and very few carbs. With some butter and sugar free syrup the pancakes taste fine!

The picture of the nutrition facts shows a single serving with 8 carbs. The boxes I received showed 28 carbs! This is a very big difference, especially if you are looking for a low carb mix. Obviously the "new improved recipe" added a bunch of carbs. If you're a diabetic don't use this product. It will send your blood sugar sky high. This was brought to the seller's attention over two years ago but the seller hasn't changed the photo.

I read the nutrition label on the item..It said it had 8 net carbs...not so!!!When I got the boxes it has 28 carbs!!!Taste is fine but the point was.for... NO SUGAR AND VERY FEE CARBS!!

I love this mix. Easy to make and tasty to eat!!!
